Parking is excellent. Hotel needs more amenities.

Needs more amenities and inf fir customers

The hotel smells like old carpet but the rooms are clean and don’t smell like the halls. Parking was convenient but the lot was full and people were sort of haphazardly parked everywhere. Easy checkin and checkout. Convenient for the hospital!

Perfect location, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful!

The beds were comfortable. Close to the highway. Convenient. It's a great location if you have to go the hospital, which is right next door. LAw school across the street. It's on the not so great side of Albany. Have to drive through alot of sketchy areas to get there which can be intimidating once the sun goes down. We have not had the best results from Hilton hotels generally. It's annoying to have to scan your room key to take the elevator to your floor, especially if you have arms full of stuff like we do. One thing that irritated me was the parking situation. I had to go back to the front desk three times before we could even park, up three flights of stairs. To get in and out of the parking lot you have to scan your room key and we went back three times to tell them that our room key wasn't letting us out where it said EXIT. and it wasn't until the third time back up the stairs that they told us the exit gate hasn't worked for weeks and we had to go back out the same way we entered.

Room was outdated and not immaculate.

The location The room needed updating and the AC unit was very loud.

Front desk service was not helpful after I told them my room smelled musty, but location is convenient and my room had a microwave and fridge/freezer which was nice.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean, accessible, friendly staff. Nothing.

Pool area disgusting, broken furniture, swamp water would be a better option. Roaches in bathroom. The hot tub is gone. I have pics and videos. STAY ELSEWHERE.

It was a quick stay under stressful circumstances. Everything was just as I needed it except the choice of coffee in the room.

I cannot find the words to express what lies in my heart. Perhaps it would be better to respond on another occasion.

We ate in the restaurant downstairs. Called the Recovery Room. Would not recommend it.

This is not what I expected to see from a Hilton change. Do not expect to see the restrants servinging descent tasting food. Price high.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Washington Park, downtown museums, and public squares.

Close to hospital and the dining area was very nice. Online check-in didn't work.
