Great place to stay while we were in albamy

Wonderful staff. Do not use GPS to find the hotel parking lot. Get detailed guidance from the hotel staff on how to find it.

Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Close to the park as well.

There was construction happening on the road in front of the hotel, which was not their fault, so the hotel gave out earplugs and tried to book me into a room far away from the noise. The room was nice, and I enjoyed the stay as a result.

The staff and room were wonderful. I felt very wel home and enjoyed my stay The breakfast buffet wasn't so great. Not only did you have to pay extra for it. I've had better breakfast buffets with a better variety at properties where breakfast was included with my stay. For $15, it was underwhelming and disappointing. The staff was wonderful though

Overall, it was good for what I needed. The room was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. There was a burnt hole in the comforter and someone had left an umbrella by the window, which makes me think they don’t thoroughly clean the rooms.

I love its free parking. Amenities are good except no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, no disposable slipper.

Great location our son was having surgery at Albany Medical Center Did not know you have to swipe key to get the elevator working-was not told this. Thankfully a hotel employee came in and helped up

The hotel is decorated tastefully. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price ( except for the cranberry juice which was starting to go bad - that tangy taste and tingly on tongue). Pool area definitely needs an upgrade also. Apparently there was a hot tub before. All they did was tile over the space. Every single tile in the pool area is a shad of beige- no plants, very few chairs. Our room was very nice. A secure bar in shower, lots of hot water, very clean, refrigerator, small microwave, and a coffee pod maker.

It was beautiful, clean, friendly staff, perfect location. Recovery Room was awesome. 10 out of 10! I had talked to another woman who had stayed and she got her room for about $100 than I did by going straight to the Hilton website. I like going through Booking.com and I was a little bummed

Property was clean throughout. Staff was friendly and helpful with stay and parking.

The hotel was very accommodating in granting my special requests. They also allowed a late checkout which was appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff.

This was my third time staying at this property and as always the staff was amazing! The property was clean and well kept. The gym and pool area were easily accessible and kept stocked with supplies. The only downside to this property is the availability of parking. If you come in later in the day the lot fills up quickly.
