I would not have booked had I known there was no elevator to get my luggage to the top floor, and there was no one to help me. I asked for a bottom floor because of my heavy luggage but, they were not able to accommodate me. For that reason I won’t book again. No elevator, smells old.

it was OK, but there was a big gap between the door that was letting sunlight in & air out.

Great place to stay!!! We have family in the area and visit as often as we possibly can. We've tried several hotels in the area. Once we booked at this Clarion hotel, we found THE BEST home away from home while in Gonzales. Awesome restaurant in hotel too !!

We did not stay there at all. The hotel is not good. I asked for 1/2 of my money back as we could not stay and had to go somewhere else. The African woman at the front desk would not discuss it with me nor would she answer booking.com about a partial refund. Last time we stayed there the rooms were nasty.

Well our first night the toilet was broken, had to change rooms at like 5am. Then the new room the tv screen was blue. We are smokers and they need a place close to our room for people yo be able yo go sit out and smoke. I don’t think it’s fair that you can’t smoke in the pool area, but you can vape. We stayed before and didn’t not have any issues, but this time it wasn’t a very relaxing stat.
