2 days in to my stay, had to change rooms cuz of bed bugs (room 133) Ice machine doesn't work. I do not recommend staying there

Room was not really clean. Noisy neighbour until 2 am, front office was helpful but no working phone in our room

Uncleanness...carpet smell like mildew and soaking wet...dirty bathtub...mold growing on and around base boards walls and toilet...not a safe environment! Please take off your website ASAP!!

The bathroom door was warped and the wood was falling out of the bottom of the door. My son and I now have sinus infections and I think it’s from the mold/wet. Very upset.

Table was broken, walls were covered with yellow stuff and brown stuff. Smelled like THC and cigarettes. Had to chanfe rooms and stull had a stiff as a board mattresses

I stayed at the Western Inn in Gonzales, LA for one night on a leisure trip and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and easy. The room was clean and comfortable — perfect for a quick stop. It’s a simple place, but well-kept and in a convenient location. Great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Door to room was open when we got there. No other rooms available. Bathroom sink counter was half covered with some kind of superglue type adhesive. Bathroom door wouldn’t fully open due to shower curtain rod. Room was dated. Suggest you look elsewhere

I was ripped off by being charged by hotels . Com and the hotel, charged double for a smelly dirty room

No coffee or pot. Ice machine only gave me One bucket of ice.
