Towels were not available in pool area. Had to walk inside. Room was nice. Breakfast offerings were not very good. Cereal was stale, coffee was not good. Overall OK stay.

The location was good, but there is alot of construction. The breakfast was bland, generic, and cold. The front attendant said that booking through "Booking. Com" I may not receive the rate quoted before checking my reservation. Which was fine as always. I didn't like that house keeping is every two days instead of everyday. Although, AI did check on our stay through texts each day. I didn't like that the breakfast was not good, not a lot of options, the food was cold and no microwave near the breakfast area to heat it up.

Room and full property was well cleaned and maintained. The breakfast was amazing and had a large variety of choices in hot foods. Location was convenient to shopping and necessities. It will be our new spot for our future stays when we're in the area.

Breakfast was good. Only one elevator worked. Carpet in the rooms for pets. Other ls in the chain had tile floors to accommodate pets. Long wait to check in.

The staff were nice. Just kinda upset there was a $150 hold till we checked out. Other guest staying here were only charged a 40$ hold.

The property was nice. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There were A few stains on the walls, doors etc. they could have been wiped down .
