Amazing hotel! This was a home away from home. The front desk clerk Ciara was awesome with a beautiful personality! The room was so accommodating, fresh and clean. We enjoyed our stay! If we return to the area in need of a hotel this would be our first choice! Thank you Hilton and Ciara for making our stay extremely comfortable!!

The hotel ok for a budget . The beds are firm and not very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived . I also wasn’t aware they accepted animals which is something that I would not have chosen for my stay. Very basic hotel, basic amenities. Would choose other options next time.

The room was very clean and the staff was very hospitable. The breakfast was great with hot and cold variety of items. We enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect for Tanger Mall shopping and a plethora of restaurants. I will definitely recommend and plan on staying the next opportunity o get!

Management and the desk staff were very helpful but I had only one small issue with housekeeping. They knock on my door to provide their every other day cleaning service which I didn’t need. I asked just the staff for clean towels that morning. She said ok. After an hour, she was still on my hall so I asked her again for clean towels. She acknowledged me. Needless to say, after countless requests, I didn’t get the towels until after 9pm that night.

Our room was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was always kind, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot for shopping and restaurants.

Towels were not available in pool area. Had to walk inside. Room was nice. Breakfast offerings were not very good. Cereal was stale, coffee was not good. Overall OK stay.

The location was good, but there is alot of construction. The breakfast was bland, generic, and cold. The front attendant said that booking through "Booking. Com" I may not receive the rate quoted before checking my reservation. Which was fine as always. I didn't like that house keeping is every two days instead of everyday. Although, AI did check on our stay through texts each day. I didn't like that the breakfast was not good, not a lot of options, the food was cold and no microwave near the breakfast area to heat it up.

Room and full property was well cleaned and maintained. The breakfast was amazing and had a large variety of choices in hot foods. Location was convenient to shopping and necessities. It will be our new spot for our future stays when we're in the area.
