Great location . 30 minutes from Death Valley / LSU football stadium . Plenty of food choices within walking distance . Walking distance to Tanger Outlet Mall . Newly renovated and clean . Several free breakfast options . Staff was nice and helpful .

Check-in was seamless and the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints other than not being able to check in until the exact check-in time. I couldn’t even get a room 10 minutes early. I called prior to see if there was early check in available. I got there about an hour early and the room wasn’t ready. We took the kids to the beach to wait and I would check back every 15 or 20 minutes. At one point I stood in line wet from the beach for about 10 minutes because there was only one person at the desk only to be told it still wasn’t ready. I saw several other people getting keys so I don’t know what the problem was.

my room was dirty when i checked in shower had hair left in it and floor was dirty, there were tooth floss in the room on the floor.

Everyone was sweet and so helpful!! The pool was very clean and opened. My kids played in the pool for hours.

I’ve stayed here before and I liked it so we came back, one of the comforters on our bed had some dirt on it so it could have been washed better. Other than that it was fine.

The air-conditioning was lacking and the tray in the room was dirty. The couch had white stains or dirt still on it. The TV was dark and very lack luster

The hotel and staff were amazing. The room was a lot larger than I was expecting which I liked. The only glitch was the bathroom lock did not match up so we were unable to lock the bathroom door. The breakfast each morning was very good and plentiful. The hotel offered parking for veterans which I am one and that was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
