I can't even begin to describe how the OVER CHARGED ME FOR PET FEE the entire 35 days I was there. I was in 1 room for 27 days but they charged me MULTIPLE TIMES for extending the stay with the pet fee SAME ROOM-OVER CHARGED THEN I WAS FORCED TO SWITCH ROOMS because OF "PAINTING" which was only to cover the mold which everyone could smell. The housekeeper that's been there 15 years even said it was so bad she couldn't stay while she was in between places. They charged me over & over & over for pet fees. Then when I disputed it with my bank and asked for my entire portfolio the next morning I was asked to leave the property. Where I then went to a different hotel in the same town and had to extend a few times and they never made me pay for the pet fee over and over and over again because I stayed in the same room which is the way it should be they charged me hundred hundreds if not thousands in pet fees this place should go to hell. The air-conditioning leaks all over the place outside with mold water the pool was filthy it's gross

Mrs. Debbie was a saint and always giving a warm welcoming embrace to everyone. Very helpful and kind truly a steel magnolia who knows how to show southern hospitality with love.

Staff at hotel was awesome ! Everyone was great and helpful. Room was very spacious ! However, hotel needs a lot of updating and deep cleaning.

White man at the front desk is rude & not helpful!! The man with the housekeeping is rude too. Room 202 needs work: double black out blinds in living room only, checked-in with dirty used towel and an eyelash in the bathroom, lights in bathroom need to be re-done - lights glitch & switches don’t match the lights being turned on, a little bit of mold in the shower area.

The room was very clean, neat and fresh as soon as I entered. The bed was very comfortable. I love the motion lights in the bathroom, they come on automatically as you walk in. I had the option of watching the television from the sofa or the bed. They also have an outside area where you can sit outside and also BBQ on the provided grills. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. It is not too noisy. I have no complaints. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future. Sooner than later.
