The most positive thing I can say about the place is it’s a very convenient location, ac worked really well, & the lady that was working during breakfast was an absolute sweetheart. All in all, will not return.

Check-in process was okay. Cleanliness and noise were an issue. Walked into the bathroom of my room and immediately notice a puddle of urine on the floor. Took a shower and was standing in ankle deep water. The ENTIRE room smelled like mold/mildew. The people on the other side of my room were loud as I don’t know what. They were laugh dropping things on the nightstand and had their baby/toddler us babbling some times and even crying while they did nothing to stop the baby. Unless you’re desperate for a hotel room to stay in, please do yourself a favor and skip this place. Do not stay here

Everything except the exhaust fan in the bathroom was great. The front desk lady, Debbie I think was wonderful!

Room was not comfortable. Shower had broken soap holder and empty bottles of shampoo and body wash. Faint stains on the comfortable. Super uncomfortable bed. Rock hard, woke up with a sore back. We were only there one night, if we needed a longer stay we would have moved hotels. Breakfast food was amazing, staff in the Breakfast area were very nice. The lobby and Breakfast area were very hot, no AC.

Even though we stayed one night, checking in at 2:30 a.m. to leave at 8:00 a.m., it was still a waste of our money and time. The room needs a make-over. No iron, although part of the amenities listed, and when I asked the front desk for one, they weren't sure about one being available and said I had to wait for Housekeeping to get in at 9:00 a.m. to ask. The TV didn't work. Rust around the room and bathroom. Rust/Dirt ring around the inside of the toilet. Just not comfortable at all.

The pool was very nice! The staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy!

The room was clean but did have an odor to it. The refrigerator was noisy and the remove didn't work properly. The shower head and tub had visible calcium build up from hard water stains. The breakfast was decent but lacked depth like other nearby hotels.

My room heavily smelled like mildew. I figured out when I took a shower that the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work and the ceiling is sweating creating mold.

Needed a one night stay. Staff were very helpful. some updates to rooms were done and were very nice. Some elements in bathroom had not been updated like the shower handle and plate were loose. But plenty of hot water. Breakfast was usual fare and was good. Would definitely stay again.
