For a late night check in it got me through the night. I would never choose the property otherwise. In our first room the deadbolt wouldn’t shut because it was painted. In our 2nd room the fridge has paint splatters on it. The shower leaked water all over the floor that made the bathroom very slippery. The traction texture on the tub was discolored made me wish I had shower shoes. So again at 11 pm you can make almost anything work but won’t be staying here again.

I like the location, we were surrounding by restaurants and other hotels and the mall. What I didn't like was that the hotel was being renovated. I also didn't like that they had pets allowed, I prefer a hotel with no pets allowed but everything else was booked.

Once we arrived we were not satisfied with the outside. The presents of the landscaping is a direct reflection on how the facility is kept. Once I entered the doors it was as expected. Needed updating and the building was extremely hot. I asked to see my room and it smelled strong of mildew. I asked for a refund and the receptionist was very apologetic. Needs major updating and the outside needs to be cleaned and landscaped. Trash and broken pots at the front door. Not acceptable.
