The room was perfect and so much roomier than other hotel rooms that can sleep 6. The beds were incredibly comfy and the blankets smelled fresh and clean. The gal serving breakfast was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. The food was also really good. Very impressive breakfast spread.

Everything was fine our only complaint was too many lights on the smoke detector. It’s on the ceiling, very bright, and blinked so that it reflected on the bed all night.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Would have liked and extra blanket. Breakfast was great; loved the cinamon room and large variety. I put in my notes I have a service dog, a guest went and complained that we had a dog (only service animals allowed). He doesn't wear his jacket when my husband walks him, and it was around 100 degrees so my husband did the walking. We were also put in an accessible room. The bars were helpful for me so it wasn't a total loss. Just an ugly shower. Great area to walk pets

The breakfast was great, the breakfast hostess was kind, funny and helpful. The $180 per night was a little too much.

The staff were helpful; the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had on a multistate road trip. MY room was clean but there was a large stain on the carpet that they did not disclose. I noticed it after unpacking, so I did not ask to change rooms.

We were unable to use the casting capability offered on the TV to watch a movie from our personal devices and having only an Ice machine but no water fountain or anything on the 3rd floor wasn't ideal.

- There was some oily residue on the counter in front of the bed, maybe from someone with lotion or sunscreen resting their arms on the counter top. - The shower floor was discolored/dirty/stained near the drain like a puddle of dirty water had been there at some point. Not sure how easy it would be to fix. - A screw was missing from the latch plate on the door. I mentioned it to the front desk and they wrote it down, so hopefully maintenance will take care of it. Otherwise everything else was great. The staff were good, breakfast was good and it was a good stay overall.
