There was nothing to like because the hotel was vacant for over three years. We had to find another hotel in town for the night. It could have been better if the hotel was open and not vacant.

Nothing Over booked so we had to cancel our stay but charged for the stay even though it wasn’t our fault very upset

Roaches no customer service not an OYO upon arrival no housekeeping available

OYO had sold this property but we weren't notified of any change or that our reservation wasn't valid through Booking.com. The new owners made things right, fortunately. Seemed like there were many folks living there and many were sketchy. There were gnats and roaches all over. Some of the carpets were horribly stained - it looked like a crime scene.

Made to order and the bacon was top notch. By the time we got it the eggs were getting cold.

I didn't get the room I wanted and paid for they told me I was under charged nobody was ever at the front desk toilet didn't want to work

Family owned and operated! Great service all around, very accommodating to our needs due to handicap. Sorry to hear they will be closing soon, but hopefully not forever!

Website said breakfast included but they no longer have breakfast. The place is filthy. The arcade is dark and hardly any games work. The front desk lady is friendly but it takes forever to check in. Everything could have been better. I will never stay there again.

None of the outside entrances on the hotel were locked. I felt unsafe. More than one local told me after my first night that this hotel is well known for drug trafficking and other worse crimes. And the hotel tried to charge me more so I decided to leave.

Open junk storage everywhere, trash overflowing, stained bed sheets, pool area was full of wet socks and toys, and carpeted for an extra kick of mold
