Motel 6 Goodland, KS

There were bugs crawling around on the floor, a god awful smell in the room, and out toilet did not flush properly (nothing would go down). I wouldn’t recommend it at all

The property looks like it has had no maintenance in years. The door to our room was difficult to open because the metal on the door jamb was coming apart. The floor was filthy. The microwave looked like it had been dropped several times. The curtains on the windows weren’t hung properly and the blackout fabric on the back was worn so spots of light showed through. Towels needed to be replaced or at least could have used some bleach. Landscaping was weeds and the pool was full of dirt instead of water. I did find the bed comfortable. Way over priced at $73. We stay at Motel 6 because we travel with our two dogs. Definitely on my list of places not to stay again.

Nice staff. Not the Ritz Carleton but an economical place to shower and sleep.

Our room was dirty and had roaches

There were only two hand towels in the room and both were dirty. Not stained, but unwashed! The sheets had numerous stains and the bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it. The shower floor was stained brown.

Very dirty place. The bed wasn’t changed it was dirty from the last person. And the shower didn’t work hardly anything worked. Will not stay at a motel six again.

I arrived around midnight and there were 2 guys standing outside the room talking. Made me nervous leaving my car with property in it unattended. They remained outside moving to the floor above mine and still where they could watch my vehicle until past 2:00am. I felt I needed to keep An eye on my car and got little rest. It should also be noted that the door to my room was open when I arrived.

The place isnt that clean. The air conditioner was less than helpful. It is in a convenient location with lots of places to chose from to eat. And easy access off the freeway.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and a kitchenette. The room had two beds and a refrigerator; it wasn’t what I reserved. The parking lot was in extremely poor condition. The beds in the room were in very bad condition; they felt like a piece of foam over bed springs, I think sleep on the floor would have been more comfortable than the beds provided. Also there were stains on the mattress and bed covering We ended up moving hotels not only for the items listed above but also we didn’t feel safe staying there; matter of fact we didn’t even feel comfortable leaving leaving our bags there while we went out.

The place was a literal shit hole

The guy at the counter wearing a super Mario shirt was very friendly. It was way over priced for the quality. This is a very old run down building and it was dirty inside. The water faucet was moving around- not attached well. The towel rack was not attached well. The toilet has a ring in it. The bath tub was stained. There was a piece of cat food on the bathroom floor. There were splatters of something on the wall. The beds were extremely hard.

Didn’t get to check in because they wouldn’t wake up to check us in. We called ahead to let them know we were going to be arriving at 2am. They said ring the bell. We didn’t for over 20min. We could hear them snoring. Yelled for them. Didn’t matter. Lost $100 on that hotel and had to go get a different one. Expedia should remove hotel from app.

Gap in door to room- allowed bugs to come in- door was hard to open and shut until had owner spray with WD40. Staff not at desk when arrived for check in- later ask for extra pillows. Left a message for them- when staff in office later, I ask again and pillows brought. Water pressure so strong that it splatter everywhere

There were crickets on the curtains. We had h/c room and the bed was to close to the wall. The was only 1 chair in the room. The TV didn't work. Fix the problem.

Toilet wasn't even cleaned and neither was the sink and vanity. Towels had more stains than my shop rags! "Non smoking" room smelled of years of previous smoking
