My room smelled funny. I think the air conditioner condensation pan leaked into the room. The kitchen sink needed repair. The window curtains needed to be full length to the floor to block light.

Easy check in. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Clean room and serviced daily. Everyone was friendly.

We discovered a water leak in the bathroom and around the commode. It was 3 am on June 28 2026 so we didn't tell the front desk until we checked out. The amenities were great! Was convenient so I didn't have to unpack mine. The coffee was good. The waffle that you make in the machine was very tasty. The staff in breakfast bar kept the counters clean and checked the food frequently. The staff at the front desk when I checked out was much more friendly than the front desk staff when I checked in at 3 am. Stayed at this hotel after the Alan Jackson concert and the location worked well for us. The outside grounds were nicely kept. The room with king bed and sitting area was great except when I checked for bugs by lifting the mattress cover, the right side of mattress had big dirty spots. On the left side there weren't any spots. I forgot to tell the front desk when I checked out. I was so focused on the water leak because by 7 am the water had leaked enough that water was all the way to the tub. I had to put down big towels so we could get out of shower and also to use the commode.

Property was clean and the staff courteous. I would stay again.

The hotel lobby appeared to be recently renovated. The rooms also had some updates but the rooms appeared to be just cosmetic to make it look better vs actually fixing problems. A couple outlets, including the phone charger, were barely fixed to the wall, lots of rust in the bathroom, and the accent chair was horribly dirty.

Indoor pool was not heated and smelled like bleach. The water pressure in shower was severely lacking to almost barely trickling. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The rooms are nice sized and clean. The breakfast does not offer a large selection but is a nice starter for the day.

The pool was great. Very large for an indoor pool. Our family really enjoyed it

Everything at my extended stay was perfect. Not a single complaint

The kids enjoyed the pool but there were wet towels in piles all around the pool area. The beds were comfy but there’s definitely black mold in the shower that needs treated ASAP.

It was a clean hotel, convenient to where we needed to be. The kids appreciated the size of the pool to get some energy out after a long day in the car!

Air conditioning good Staff friendly

Really loved the setup of the room, with the bedroom being separate from the living space. Only complaint was the bathroom door did not lock and they were very stingy with the towels. We had 5 people and they would only give us 4 bath towels, nothing else. The pool was a bit cold but the kids still enjoyed it.

The hotel was ok. The area was nice. The night staff was not too friendly.
