Smell of rooms, common areas and hallways is terrible. Mistakingly booked the incorrect date and manager refused to give me a refund even though I booked the correct date and paid for 1 stay I used and 1 I will not use. Terrible customer service. Building should be torn down. Don’t waste your money here.

The lobby was nice and clean as was the breakfast area. The hallway carpets were old, damaged and dirty. The pool area was nice but the water was too cold, specially for my 2 year old grand daughter. I was really looking forward to my morning waffles but the batter machine was broken. They could have figured a way around that. The neighborhood was a bit scary, Lots of homeless people.

The convenience of the location I paid extra for a double bed suite only to get a double bed, WiFi wasn’t working and I NEVER got deposit back

The beds were hard. Breakfast was terrible. Staff was NOT polite. Our room was not cleaned. No towels in the pool area. The door to our room didn't close properly. Will NOT recommend what so ever!

It was a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Firm bed & I didn’t have no back issues. Spacious king size room. Had a living room. Microwave & fridge tv They had free breakfast free Wi-Fi. They had an indoor pool. Cons: pool was ice cold & not heated. They had the exact same breakfast they had before. When you enter the room it has a musky smell. No housekeeping to make up bed or take out trash. Anything we needed had to go downstairs to get. But I would stay again. Close to a lot of restaurants & shops.

The room was ok. Didn’t see the staff much while the there. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Biscuits was so hard you couldn’t eat them and they wouldn’t put any more out this was at 7:00 and breakfast ended at 9:30 so eggs and sausage links. Best part was the mini blueberry and lemon poppyseed muffins. The pool wasn’t that great. Only light we had was what was coming in from the work out room and little from outside they wouldn’t turn the lights on the water was freezing

The staff were not friendly. The building had a bad odor when entering. The room I was giving right at check in was not cleaned from the last people. So we had to move rooms.

There was unfinished construction in the bathroom ceiling. And not enough light in the bathroom. The security lock was missing on the door

Pool was not working when we were there. They advertise a spa but there isn't one. The hotel was clean. Located in a good/safe area and lots of things to do and see nearby.
