Curtains dirty and old hotel needs a face lift

The room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom wasnt clean also the pool was out off service and the elevator wasin really bad shape.

We went eat something and they didn’t even mention it then. When we got into our room the tub stopper was broken. I had asked for more blankets and they said that another person got the rest of what they had. It was just over all not a good experience.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating. The front desk could not find my reservation, and even after I contacted Hotels.com and had their representative speak directly with the hotel, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue. Instead of honoring the room I had reserved, I was placed in a different room without any meaningful explanation. To make matters worse, I was told over the phone that the required security deposit would be $50. When I arrived, I was informed it was actually $100. That kind of inconsistency is unacceptable and should have been disclosed before check-in. The room itself was disappointing. It was not clean, the jetted tub did not work, the refrigerator was packed with ice and barely usable, and there was no hot water—only lukewarm water throughout my stay. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to use the pool, only to find it was closed with no prior notice on the website or before my arrival. Overall, this stay was a series of disappointments: poor customer service, inaccurate information, dirty accommodations, broken amenities, and a lack of basic maintenance. I expected much better and will not be returning. Given the numerous issues and the failure to provide the services and accommodations that were advertised, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.

Carpet and room is dirty and stinks Stinks a lot

If you’re looking for a cheap stay for four days then this works. It’s abt 20 mins away from BNA airport. It’s small and parking is pretty limited if you’re going during a busy weekend. We enjoyed our stay! There’s a couple of things that did stand out to us, the room smelt like cigarettes as if someone before us was smoking in the room, the tub was super slippery I end up slipping and falling the first night trying to shower.

Although this is an older hotel, the rooms have been updated and overall were clean. The breakfast was the standard fare, however, the area could have been more well attended--I know we came later in the morning, but the trash bin was overflowing. It was not as clean as we would have liked.

The room was very clean, the beds were so hard we all had sore bodies, the beds are too high, had a hard time getting into the bed, definitely not good if u have back/hip issues. The breakfast was disappointing. Less than halfway into breakfast the eggs were gone both mornings and wasn't replaced even within a half hr of waiting.. Biscuits were hard as a rock..

The staff was very kind and we had all the amenities we needed. Location and price were also good. We ended up with bed bugs after the first night in room 120 And the pool was not clean.

They did not offer linen change on the bed you have to request, but it still wasn’t done. The floors was not vacuumed the trash liners trash bags were very thin and poor quality. The breakfast was not good. They had leftover food from the day before, the quality was very bad. The fruit was old and dry and no variety. The sausage and the eggs were processed. And unhealthy everything was not fresh on the second day. The bread was stale and left over from the day before. The coffee machine has old and badly taste the second day it was not fresh Even though the location was good, the bad mattress was very good. The sheets were really good, but the service could’ve been better.

There was pubic hair on the bed and on the shower curtain there was a dirty condom wrapper on the floor when I mentioned it to front desk they said there’s nothing they can do about it because I booked through a third-party.

There was hair in our bed. The shower is not very clean and like the corners of the doorways were pretty dirty. Front desk was pretty rude. There was six rooms total I paid for three rooms two people in each room and the lady at the front desk immediately said only two people in this room as we were all in line to check in. We explained to her that we had several different rooms and she said we only paid for two people in a room which that’s what we had. Customer service is a big thing. She should’ve waited till everybody checked in before getting very rude with us.

Had to cancel my room reservation was told I would get a half refund then I get an email that the hotel changed their mind and I won't be getting any refund. Not good business.

I liked everything, however, I would suggest cooking the sausages for the complimentary breakfast longer. They looked too raw.
