Great stay!! No issues! NICE!

Not a 4 star property.

Hotel was overall great. My biggest complaint was that about every 3-4 hours the thermostat in my room automatically changed to 74 degrees.

Outstanding New property, Quiet location.

Didn’t realize there wasn’t a pool when booked.

Booking glitch and scheduled my day for the wrong weekend. Then I paid in person for the current week that I was there. And figured to work through the cancelation later. The room i stayed in had an odor and felt very cardboardish. Then I try to get my refund for the future week that I did not stay and the manager was never there and would never email or call back. Expedia could not reach either to get the refund approved. So I ended up paying for a night that I did not stay. 3 months later and I still have not received an email or call back from the manager.

Staff was the best I've ever experienced. Wendi at the front desk is awesome and just takes control.

EXTREMELY clean and well-kept facility. Front desk staff was very, very friendly - both at check-in and check-out the next day. Interaction with the gentleman running the breakfast was very pleasant.....he particularly went "above and beyond", helping us find things, and bringing out muffins to our table that had just come out of the back. Room is spartan, but very functional. Positives: very comfortable bed (slept like a log), very nice TV, and all the absolute necessities - blow dryer, very nice shower, fridge. Cons: Kind of disappointed a room with a fridge didn't have a microwave, and the bathroom only had one towel, one bathmat, and one washcloth. Of course, we could have easily gone downstairs if we had needed more, but I was a little surprised that no hand towel was automatically included. Room was not carpeted, but the imitation wood flooring was attractive and clean. Minor issue with the room was the fact that one of the window shades was broken. Breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, but adequate. All in all, a very nice place to stay. Easy to find, just off I-65.

Clean rooms, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast bar each morning had a variety of food options and was really good. There’s a nice sitting outdoor areas also. The only bad thing is there’s no pool. I didn’t realize that until we checked in but that’s my fault for not making sure first

The room was nice and clean but the air conditioner sounded like a washing machine in spin mode. It was loud. Also the shower would lose pressure throughout your shower.

The guy at the front desk during my stay July 1st-5th was so accommodating.
-
Staff was friendly, they were accommodating with me checking in early and the room was beautiful. Despite it being forth of July , fireworks were minimal and they had a noise ordinance in the hotel . It was a great stay

I reserved a one night stay. I have reserved multiple Tru hotels of recent, but had never had the experience I had. The shower door was broken, completely misaligned. When I tried to take a shower, there was no body wash. My husband requested body wash and they brought us body lotion. They assumed we knew how to install it, and it took my husband forever to put it in place. Upon trying to take a shower for the second time, I squeezed the bottle and found that the it was not lathering up. That's when I looked at the bottle and saw that it was lotion. I had wet lotion all over me. My husband requested body wash again, and this time they brought us an already empty bottle telling my husband that was all they had. My husband went and complained and the front desk manager found a bottle of body wash for us. Upon my third time trying to take a shower, I broke out in rashes because apparently the holder for the body wash had mold around it, and I am deathly allergic to mold. The front desk manager said he would talk to his superior to try to remedy what we experienced. He said if something is approved, it'll take four to six weeks. I am very upset about this experience and that the wait for the body wash delayed my plans for the day.
