Staff was friendly, they were accommodating with me checking in early and the room was beautiful. Despite it being forth of July , fireworks were minimal and they had a noise ordinance in the hotel . It was a great stay

I reserved a one night stay. I have reserved multiple Tru hotels of recent, but had never had the experience I had. The shower door was broken, completely misaligned. When I tried to take a shower, there was no body wash. My husband requested body wash and they brought us body lotion. They assumed we knew how to install it, and it took my husband forever to put it in place. Upon trying to take a shower for the second time, I squeezed the bottle and found that the it was not lathering up. That's when I looked at the bottle and saw that it was lotion. I had wet lotion all over me. My husband requested body wash again, and this time they brought us an already empty bottle telling my husband that was all they had. My husband went and complained and the front desk manager found a bottle of body wash for us. Upon my third time trying to take a shower, I broke out in rashes because apparently the holder for the body wash had mold around it, and I am deathly allergic to mold. The front desk manager said he would talk to his superior to try to remedy what we experienced. He said if something is approved, it'll take four to six weeks. I am very upset about this experience and that the wait for the body wash delayed my plans for the day.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were clean and new. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Great location close to Nashville without being in the hustle bustle of the city. Would 100% stay here again.

We left around 9AM Drove back to Indiana around 6pm, we realized we left a Gold Necklace in our bathroom. We contacted the Hotel. They not only located the necklace, but they are shipping back to us overnight!

Loved the pool table. Not a normal thing for a hotel, but it should be. The lobby/common area was cozy and welcoming. The overall modern look of the place was great. VERY comfortable bed. I loved the graffiti outside the elevators. Furniture in the room was just a tad sparse; I would have liked a comfy chair for TV watching. Could have used bigger variety of bagel flavors at breakfast. Maybe more schmear flavors. This is all nit-picking, overall the place was great.

Honestly super in love with TRU by Hilton, I’ve stayed in a few TRU hotels and they where all clean and has friendly staff, for now on, I and my family will loyal to this brand of hotels super consistent when it comes to beds and cleanliness!

I liked the location. The place was very clean and everything was new. The staff was very helpful. The AC worked well. The blackout blinds don't work at all, so the rooms on the parking lot side stay bright all night. The shower body wash and shampoo containers were either empty or didn't have the right type of product - the shampoo had conditioner so we had to use bodywash for our hair. The breakfast had very few options. The hotel was not cheap either.

I’m always amazed how comfortable the rooms are at a Tru. Spacious with lot of walking space in the room and less worry of stubbing toes in the dark. The platform bed and mattress I consider most comfortable along with the room color decor. Very easy on the eyes.

Nice clean hotel

It’s a great property. Nice rooms, good location, fantastic breakfast. Didn’t say anywhere on the booking reservation about $100 damage deposit for each room. Another weird thing is when I’d leave my room briefly the ac would change to 75f, was not fun after I got back from sweating at an event.

The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and there was no button to turn it off. The noise was loud enough that we could hear it in the room even after closing the bathroom door.

The room was clean, the staff was excellent! I had an issue with my reservations but the staff made sure I was taken care of. There was a variety of options for breakfast.
