The staff was rude beyond rude to me as an honors member. Although I am not a diamond member yet. I am an honors member. The young lady at the desk thst checked me in who wore glasses was very rude to me asking more than necessary questions about my service dog. As if she was disgusted she couldnt charge me for the pet fee. Also, I asked her for 2 bottles of water and proceeded to scold me about water only being for diamond members. She had it out for me for sure. I guess next time she would question the validity of my handicap sticker too. Upon checkout I went to retrieve my pups farmers dog from the freezer, but before I could ask her greeting to me was " Whats up "? How professional.. Then she proceeded to give me my pups food with 1 arm, bag all open as of handing me a nasty jock strap. Who are these people? I hope these people get fired, or trained..However I will NEVER go there again.

Very nice and just what we needed. The pool wasn’t open on a holiday weekend. That was a big bummer.

Extremely helpful staff. Son left his wallet behind. They called and we had to return. They offered to mail but that would mean he had no ID for the rest of the trip.

Great, spacious room. We used the pool with the small kids which was perfect.

We were there for only a short stay, but Brandi was very friendly at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast lady was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings. I especially like the waffle bar…. Not just a waffle maker, but two kinds of waffles with different toppings like sprinkles, chocolate chips, caramel, etc in addition to the usual toppings.

Didn't like the fact that the water pressure was low, the water took a long time to drain from the sink and the tub and very poor lighting in the bedroom!
