Cleanliness and friendly staff Location, further away from Nashville than expected

Facilities needed refurbishing, door to pool was broken and held together by tape, pool deck was dirty with clumps of hair on ground, display stickers in elevators were stripped off the doors. Hotel smelled stale, needs some attention. Bathroom shower was not the best quality. But front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, bed was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was above average with great variety.

Very convenient location and rooms were nice and clean the pool area was nice as well. Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was okay “average” eggs were a little watery. The hallways of the room floors were very very hot!!

Refrigerator did not work. My daughter had to put her med in the one downstairs.

Everyone that we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a little bit of everything. A/c was cold and bed was comfortable.

The staff was rude beyond rude to me as an honors member. Although I am not a diamond member yet. I am an honors member. The young lady at the desk thst checked me in who wore glasses was very rude to me asking more than necessary questions about my service dog. As if she was disgusted she couldnt charge me for the pet fee. Also, I asked her for 2 bottles of water and proceeded to scold me about water only being for diamond members. She had it out for me for sure. I guess next time she would question the validity of my handicap sticker too. Upon checkout I went to retrieve my pups farmers dog from the freezer, but before I could ask her greeting to me was " Whats up "? How professional.. Then she proceeded to give me my pups food with 1 arm, bag all open as of handing me a nasty jock strap. Who are these people? I hope these people get fired, or trained..However I will NEVER go there again.

Nice spacious room with good amenities. One issue was with the window shade.

Very nice and just what we needed. The pool wasn’t open on a holiday weekend. That was a big bummer.

Extremely helpful staff. Son left his wallet behind. They called and we had to return. They offered to mail but that would mean he had no ID for the rest of the trip.

ITV was great location The cleaning staff used fabulous cleaning products and they make me sick. It’s a. Bad product to use

Great, spacious room. We used the pool with the small kids which was perfect.

Was pleased with the cleanliness. Room was well kept and in good condition unlike a lot of other hotels you get these days.

We were there for only a short stay, but Brandi was very friendly at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast lady was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings. I especially like the waffle bar…. Not just a waffle maker, but two kinds of waffles with different toppings like sprinkles, chocolate chips, caramel, etc in addition to the usual toppings.
