The bed was a little hard for me and we received only the fat and firm type of pillows. I would like a mixture of firm but also softer pillows.

The hotel was nice, clean, bed was comfy. The staff at check in was nice and friendly. The other staff never addressed us in passing or at check out. The breakfast was less than expected- cold meats, watery eggs, room temp milk for cereal, juice was out, and no waffle batter. Overall okay stay but wouldn’t stay again.

It was okay for the 1 night. In good location.

The staff couldn't find our booking and that took forever but it was finally found. The building was in poor shape and not very clean. The carpet was pretty disgusting. The entire place smelled like weed and the neighbors were loud. On the way out, the elevator stopped working with us in it. We were able to get out, but had to get our luggage out and take it down the stairs. Staff were very unhelpful. Would not stay again.

Some sites rated this hotel as a 7/10, I’d give it a 6/10. Clean, but needed some additional elbow grease. Mattress needs to be replaced.

my only issue this time was the mattress was very lumpy. my wife and i woke up with bad back and neck issues, briefly, seems it worn on both edges, second night stayed in the middle as much as possible for a litte more padding, other than that it was great and we will be going back , this is probably something they have overlooked and will take care of , because we have stayed there often and its great
