I didn’t like that my sheets were dirty. I always pull the sheets back when I first arrive. It was hair in the bed and the sheets had stains on them. Front desk said “oh, housekeeping is not here, but I’ll give you some clean sheets” , so I had to change my own sheets as well. Breakfast was ok. Staff was ok. Parking was fine. Overall it wasn’t 8/10 like the ratings stated. I would say maybe 5/10.

The hotel was just Meh. The room appeared to be clean, but when we had to move the bed, it was dirty and could use a good detail cleaning. The pool was okay; I had to use the net to clean some left behind hair that was in there. Breakfast was good. The building could use some maintenance. When I spoke to some of the staff, they did not greet me they just kept walking. So overall the stay was just okay.

The $100 incidental fee is ridiculous for this hotel. I am still waiting 2 weeks later for it to be put back on my card.

Our biggest complaint was with the air conditioner. It would come on, go off. When it was on it was pretty cold and within minutes of turning off the room would become too warm. The elevator and stairs were pretty dirty. We were there for a week and twice our room was never cleaned even though we left tips every day. The breakfast was good. Would we stay at another LaQuinta? Probably not.

Received upgrade to King Suite at check-in. Was it because it was my first time at this location? I don't know, but I have always been happy with La Quinta. I'll be back.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room had a damp smell and booked for 4 adults and 1 child but room only had two beds. Little small for 5 people. Also the pool light that is supposed to be attached and built in wall was detached and just floating.

Very clean room, staff was helpful for check in. No staff at desk though for checkout so we checked out through the app. Breakfast was decent!

We stayed here for a weekend and were very disappointed. The tv and internet did not work ALL weekend. Repairs were supposed to be made on Saturday and it never happened. Complained to the front desk and they told me to call the manager on Monday regarding a reimbursement for the inconvenience. I called, left several messages and they never returned my call, or any portion of my money!
