Quality Inn Goodlettsville

This was the most unpleasant experience ever! The room was musty and moldy and it was ridden with roaches of all sizes. It was so bad my kids were so scared they left and went to their grandmas. When I mentioned it to the office he refused to give us another room. When we went down for breakfast and the place was too packed with families they allowed to sit for 2 hrs with no regards for others at all. I also mentioned this to him and he said we can’t control that. But they also didn’t allow food to be taken to the room. We waited until 840 to make a single waffle and we had a family of 6 with us. The things that were advertised online were not available for breakfast and when we asked for extra towels for the poolside the receptionist basically told us no. We had to ask multiple times and still only got 2 WE HAD A FAMILY OF 6. Will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean, the property was well maintained and breakfast was always hot and ready promptly at 6:30a. Our room was cleaned each night. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Run from this place. It's dirty, someone stole cables from TV and the batteries. Three policeman were arresting what looked like a gang member a few doors down. Bathroom was a total joke. There are plenty of nicer places around this one....go elsewhere.

This is your run of the mill mid-budget motel. The lobby didn’t seem to have air conditioning and was sweltering, so I skipped breakfast. The parking lot was incredibly inadequate, with cars parked halfway over the grassy median separating the next hotel just to find a spot without blocking in other cars. There were ants in my bathtub and a stain on one of the two bed covers. I was woken up by a bus-full of men shouting at each other right outside my door as they prepared to get on their bus. Road noise was also noticeable.

Good location People smoking weed everywhere. Room was supposed to be non smoking but it reeked of cigarettes and mold and had. Awful parking lot, had to call the cops because a old, white, janky Honda accord with a Mississippi license plate dinged and scratched our brand new palisade and lied to the police and had the audacity to try to fight us?? I will never return to this awful motel. Not only that the receptionist said she can’t access the cameras to the cops. What is the point in having cameras up that don’t work?

I liked the pool being inside so kids can still swim if it is raining. Rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. Pool area could of been a little cleaner.

The swimming pool is big and well kept; perfect for a relaxing swim! Also the rooms are quiet: the place was full but I didn't hear any other guests.

Nothing really It was dirty, mold in the bathroom, they DOUBLE charged and lied and said they never got the booking.com payment and made me pay them again.

I like that it was close walking distance to restaurants People around it seem shady. They shut off half the parking lot for a group of contractors that came in so it's hard to pull through and our hotel room smelt like cigarette smoke and it was a non-smoking room. It was a strong odor of cigarette smoke

Location and breakfast were great ! Room was a little outdated. Air/heating unit had a mind of its own and would turn on while the unit was off...

Easy access and centrally located. Clean comfortable rooms Breakfast had nothing for someone who is diabetic or gluten free travelers. Hard boiled eggs would have been a good idea to offer guests

The location Everything else! It wasn’t clean. Furniture was dirty, the shower and tub was dirty so I didn’t use it. The room was just unclean and it felt unclean.
