Staff was friendly and the room was clean good breakfast the pool room was hot and the pool was a little dirty but everything was good

They claimed that they are following Expedia policies when I asked to cancel my stay one night early due to an emergency (leaving at checkout). But upon Expedia calling them they said that per their OWN policies they would charge me both nights. Two faced management, would not recommend. Additionally, my room reeked of trash and cigarette smell piped through the vents into my bathroom. Horribly disgusting property.

The room needs updated. The vent in the bathroom is clogged with dust. The shower curtain was not efficient. The bathroom floor flooded. The toilet is too close to the door. A larger person has a hard time getting into the bathroom and shutting the door. Men were hanging out, sitting on the stairs drinking and smoking. Leaving behind their trash. Every time I had to use the stairs they had to stand up and move out the way. That was a little nerve wracking as a female. I didn’t get much sleep with all the noise outside on the property and the sirens and traffic just added to the unrest.

Bed bugs, inside was generally gross. Staff was quite rude and unwilling to try to do anything about problems. Whatever you do, stay away from this place if you don’t want to get bit in the night and bring anything back home.

It was close to were I needed to be other than that not a thing . It was over rain with cigarette butts . All in the flower beds. Also up and down the stairs. No elevator for people with weak ankles or any other handicap..

Room was clean but had an odour to it. Pool was big but didn’t seem to be that clean and the pool area was not vented well so it felt like you were in a sauna while sitting and watching the kids

Rooms were clean, but bar soap didn’t get replaced, tub wasn’t cleaned daily.

the pool wasn’t even working. the staff was extremely rude , they accused my boyfriend of stealing towels when he was going too our uhaul truck to get my daughter floats out the back of the uhaul . the pool closed thursday night & NEVER opened back up

The breakfast The room was not clean. The walls and ceiling had debris on them and the toilet was not bolted to the floor so it wobbled when you sat on it.

The location You can hear people in the other rooms. Very noisy. Also our room was next to the vending area/ice machine and there was a lot of traffic right at our door.

Safe enough area Property maintenance (structural) was terrible. Housekeeping in rooms and commons areas was atrocious. Bedding has burn holes in it even in smoke free rooms. Breakfast was cereal with no milk or yogurt and either choice had no drinks because the drink machine is broken.

It was ok but my room price changed when Iade it there it suppose was 280 dollars for two nights but we paid 322 dollars and he said I will get my deposit back but I never did get my 50 dollars back or my niece dent get her either

Issues The room had plumbing issues and was dirty . I could smell pot in the room next to me .

Creepy people hanging out around the hotel. Made me feel really unsafe

Location Roaches

The beds were very comfortable. The water was hot. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Didn’t like the motel feel. I was looking for something where you get to your room from inside a hotel not a 1st or 2nd floor room accessed from the outside. I also requested handicap available rooms, and the note was not listed on their request.
