The property was located in a good area! Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The property was dirty, pool was dirty I had to buy cleaning products before I could stay in the room. Towels were dirty. Was not comfortable there at all. Staff were friendly but not very helpful. Towels were not readily available. Breakfast was not the best. Particles floating in the juice as though the machine had not been cleaned ever. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends nor would I stay there again.

Didn't stay for breakfast. Too grossed out by the room to consider eating here. Carpet in our room was wet. Had to wear shoes when not in bed. Floor in bathroom behind the door had dirt and hair in multiple places. The facility overall looked dirty and shabby. Overpriced.

Friendly staff. Rooms were decent and clean. Outside was kinda run down but for the price we were satisfied.

Poor parking. Several work vehicles took up several spots and made it hard to park. As a single female it felt unsafe.

Room appeared clean, but it's an older property and not maintained at a 5 star level, not bad...just not top tier. A tarp with debris from trimming shrubbery was taking up 2 parking spots in front of hotel the whole week we were there. Air conditioner condensate from upstairs wasn't routed down drains, it dripped onto the sidewalk for the first level. Caulk and trim around the shower was pulled loose. However, service was timely and pleasant. We got this hotel for a week long conference at a bit cheaper cost than nearby hotels and it was definitely acceptable unless your standards are 5 star. Never a concern about cleanliness, just not maintained to the same standards.

Price and location were acceptable I'd requested ground floor--request was confirmed, but was given a room on upper floor. Bathroom looked a bit suspicious--very grubby in corners, black, cracked, peeling fixtures and grout.

The front desk was very sweet and friendly. She's really the only good part of the motel. The lobby was very clean and there was a good selection of food. The room stunk when we walked in, but it was the last downstairs room available and stairs are difficult. The bathroom was not clean, there was a large chunk of wood missing from the back of the bathroom door. There was dirt and grit near the sink. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I would give this hotel a 2/5 or 4/10.

Location. Older property and just marginally maintained.

Attempted to cancel or change dates of stay, 8 days or better prior to stay. Hotel has a policy of 48 hour notice to cancel without loss of funds. Hotel refused to cancel or allow date change, breaking their own policy, and Expedia allowed.

I always bring my own bedding when traveling by car however I noticed big stains on the blanket when I removed it. Sheets appeared cleaned.

I was extremely happy with the hotel. The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. Everything is around there restaurants things to do. Just a great location.!!

This was the most unpleasant experience ever! The room was musty and moldy and it was ridden with roaches of all sizes. It was so bad my kids were so scared they left and went to their grandmas. When I mentioned it to the office he refused to give us another room. When we went down for breakfast and the place was too packed with families they allowed to sit for 2 hrs with no regards for others at all. I also mentioned this to him and he said we can’t control that. But they also didn’t allow food to be taken to the room. We waited until 840 to make a single waffle and we had a family of 6 with us. The things that were advertised online were not available for breakfast and when we asked for extra towels for the poolside the receptionist basically told us no. We had to ask multiple times and still only got 2 WE HAD A FAMILY OF 6. Will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean, the property was well maintained and breakfast was always hot and ready promptly at 6:30a. Our room was cleaned each night. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Run from this place. It's dirty, someone stole cables from TV and the batteries. Three policeman were arresting what looked like a gang member a few doors down. Bathroom was a total joke. There are plenty of nicer places around this one....go elsewhere.
