The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and check in/check out was easy.

We reserved 2 rooms. Both were clean with comfortable beds. We were happy with breakfast the next morning. Overall, a great stay!

While waiting to check in the ladies room in the lobby was not working. The next day we noticed it was working. Our room was very clean. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work so with three showers a day it did get a little steamy. Wall paper was coming off the walls probably from the fan issue. Not sure I would stay again with so many other hotel options close by

The staff is extremely rude! It smells terrible and it use to be a Quality Inn which makes sense ! The manager/owner is rude and racist !! I called to ask why I was charged twice for a deposit(which I never got back) and he told me he was not talking to me and hung up on me !! I recorded the call for proof as well!

It was clean and comfortable I mean the charged me a 100 dollars for towels because they had stains on them but what’s the point of washing?

Absolutely nothing. The room had roaches and other bugs.

The room was clean but extremely small. The hallways were disgusting and smelled of marijuana. Staff at the front desk were less than friendly.

The a/c in the room wasn’t cooling very well. We told the desk mage snd he gave us another room.

It was run down, loud and had a dirty diaper thrown in the hallway garbage can. The front was unhelpful and after much convincing we begged them to let us leave after the first night.

The place was clean, but the bed was lumpy. The room needed a little updating and TLC. Overall, it was a nice place for the money.

Clean rooms, safe environment. Didnt have breakfast there but many food and shopping options around and drive into Nashville not bad. Highly recommend for short stay or solo travel. Will book again if in the area again

We enjoyed our stay very much espcially for the price that we got the room for and the location was perfect. It was just my husband and I for a quick overnight trip. The only thing we didn't like about it was the shower head was broken and did not dispense water very well. I did notice some dust on the celing as well. Overall for the money we paid, we were pleasently pleased.
