The mirror in the bathroom was supposed to light up, but was not working. It was sort of challenging to shave. One of the staff came to check it but couldn’t get it to work. He told his manager, but he didn’t know how to fix it either. I was there 4 nights. The breakfast didn’t start until 6:30. Most places start at 6:00. This made it difficult to eat and be at my appointments at 7 each morning. The desk clerk was responsible for getting the breakfast out which probably slowed down the process. A designated person or persons to do breakfast might help efficiency and quality. Breakfast was not great but there were eggs, biscuits and sausage. The eggs were cold, but I warmed my plate up in the microwave. I tried the waffle the last day. It was ok, but the batter was a little too thick. I generally don’t give negative reviews, but I expected more from a Wyndham property. With a few changes the hotel could be much better. A simple solution for my room would have been moving me to a different room.

Location was easy to find. I booked with booking.com but I was sent an email & text by the hotel company the day before my booking. the email offered to take my information early to make check in easier. There was an option for “add ons” one of which was an early check in at 1:30 for a $5.00 fee. I selected this option and immediately received an email with a confirmation that my request was approved. Nothing was stated with the add on as to if the funds were to be taken out before or after my stay so I felt the confirmation told us we were good to check in early. We arrived at 1:45 and we were met with a gentleman in the lobby mopping the floor that said “um. No.” While pointing at his watch and I stated we had selected for an early check in and before I could finish I was interrupted and was told no there are no rooms ready until 3pm. I stated I received a confirmation and again was cut off with no no no we have no rooms ready they are not clean I showed him my confirmation and he asked was the $5 taken out of my account. I checked my account and it had not been taken out of my account ( YET ) he then told us to “just go get lunch and come back at 3” and shoed us away. I apologized and asked if there was someone else I could speak with that could maybe understand my issue a bit better. He said no one else will speak with me and then again stated we needed to get lunch and come back. I apologized again and said his customer service wasn’t very positive and that he had a bad attitude and he said “I have a bad attitude? You know what you can wait here until 3 or come back”. We went to the car and called the hotel customer service. We stated our issue and was met with “you booked through booking.com you need to contact them at this number” I contacted booking.com and was met with a “there isn’t anything we can do you need to contact the hotel company” we gave up at that point. UNTIL. We went into the room with a dirty blanket with stains and thick hair on it. Extreme smoke stained ceilings.

Our trip was booked for five days and we ended up staying in this hotel for an hour before checking back out. It was not clean and as soon as you got to the second floor, where our room was at, the entire floor smelled like rotten garbage and mold. There was so much visible water damage in the lobby and our floor’s hallway as well as in our room. There were stains on the bedding and did not look clean under any circumstance. The smell on the entire second floor was so bad, even with the room door shut and being across the room, you could still smell it. The bathroom ceiling had visible water damage stains and the bathroom had mystery stains and dirt on the walls/floors. We should’ve trusted our gut and cancelled our stay after arriving and using the lobby restrooms because even those were in deplorable condition. We even paid for early check in and when we got there were asked to come back in 45 minutes because our room wasn’t finished being cleaned/set up yet. The hotel staff was polite but tried to deny any smell on the second floor and did not think there were any issues with the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bath products were high quality and there were plenty of towels. There are a number of dining options easily walkable from the property.

The hotel is ok but nothing special. The carpets are worn. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate.

The location was good, the property and room were clean. Was close to a few restaurants. And only 20 minutes from Nashville. When told about a toilet constantly leaking and therefore running water they tried to fix, but didn’t offer to move us to a different room. We ended up having to turn the water off and then on when needed so we didn’t hear it run all night!

Air conditioning was window unit. Loud, not great. Grounds were overgrown with weeds. Parking lot looked sketchy. The back door wasn’t locked. Usually room key entry. It was wide open day and night. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machines didn’t work. Coffee watered down. Horrible. Hot water in shower lasted 2 minutes. In town on CMA weekend so not a lot of options.

Room was clean and towels were changed on a daily basis even the bed spread. The man at front desk on my first day was a little grumpy. I had requested for an early room check in at 11. He sent me away and said to come back an hour or so later around 12. When I got back, he said did you call the hotel, I said no I didn't hear you say that. He asked me to take a seat. About 1-2 minutes later he said come ma'am. Your room is ready. But not at all in a friendly or pleasing manner. He did not ruin my stay if it wasn't for him everything would have been amazing!

great workers very kind and helpful

We had awesome sleep and woke up happy. Other people kids were loud leaving early morning. Other than that it was great. Nothing negative to say.
-
Very clean. Had the smell of clean as you entered. And in the halls

The room itself was basic but lacked some features I expect from a hotel in this category. There was no in-room safe to secure valuables, and the television screen was very dark. The remote control did not allow adjustments to improve the picture quality, which made watching TV frustrating. The hotel does have an outdoor pool, but it is located behind the building adjacent to the parking lot. The pool area lacks privacy, as guests and people from surrounding hotels can easily see into the area. In my opinion, this is a 3-star hotel that serves its purpose for travelers on a budget, families looking for an inexpensive overnight stay, or business travelers who simply need a place to sleep and clean up while on the road. However, if you're planning a vacation and are looking for a hotel that feels modern, comfortable, and relaxing, this may not be the best choice. Overall, the excellent staff helped make the stay pleasant, but the hotel's dated condition and lack of amenities would make me consider other options for a future leisure trip.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast could use some help

Location to who we were visiting. The smell of air freshener or whatever they used was SO overpowering that it made me think they were desperately trying to cover up horrible smells (mold, musty carpets, etc?). It literally punched you in the face when you walked in and through the hallways. The carpets were so old and some were sopping wet in the halls. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and you could tell there was water damage to them. The room smelled musty. The staff was nice, but this place can use a face-lift for sure.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was unfortunate. The building had parts that had been recently upgraded but the hallways could still use some love.

Was denied a Refund. Will Never Book there Again

Please was dirty and had a terrible smell that make us sick . Front desk staff was uncooperative and rude. We didn’t stay but The hotel still charge my credit card even that they did provide any services. Place smells so bad that I got dizzy and can’t check in . The condition of the place was unhealthy .
