Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Nashville North - Goodlettsville

I liked that there was restaurants and stores within walking distance so I didn't have to book an Uber. Front desk staff was friendly as well and helpful. Room needed repairs and certain items swapped out for newer ones. Light fixtures had rust and really bad dust on them. The molding on the walls near the floors were peeling off in the bathroom. Housekeepers also don't know how to clean a room properly I guess because not only was there a fly in the tub but the floors are so dirty that your socks get pitch black when walking around.

They gave me a partial refund The water pressure was horrible we ran the tub water for 15 mts and there was only an inch of water in it. Shower head had no water coming out. There was hair I. The sink

The staff was very nice. The property is a bit dated, but was clean for the most part.

Very poor customer service. Toilet did not flush. Bed sheets were old and not changed at any time during my stay. Beddings were smelly

It’s always a good stay there

The room had an odor similar to dog cr*p on carpet that someone tried to clean up with febreeze, but there was no carpet in the room. Flies in the room were awful. Walls and floor were filthy.

Room was old & needed an upgrade. Door did not have a working security lock device. Product in the Coca-Cola machine was OLD and undrinkable.

No breakfast, small room, no desk, no pool, no in-room regular coffee (only decalf)

Should not have nasty ass animals there keeping up noise by barking all night

If you are traveling with your fur babies beware no rules followed for their breeds or big/little says not more than 80 pounds. First night we arrived while walking w/ our babies in area of room we were attacked by a big dog(pitbull)who was also staying there with owners. 1 doggy hid under vehicle and other one was bitten git away and ran scared for almost 3 days before being found

Clean and friendly staff!

Friendly helpful staff. My TV did not work and the guy came up right away and replaced the remote. It was odd the hot and cold water were backwards. Area around the hotel is just ok.

Water was not hot enough

Stayed for one night in town for Chris brown and usher concert . Perfect for just a quick stay if not expecting much . 15 minutes from Nissan stadium . Room had comfortable beds and clean sheets after doing own inspection . Supposed to be non smoking rooms but upon check in room smelled heavy if cigarette. After a few hours smell went away . Don’t expect a hot shower because water gets lukewarm . Like I mentioned decent for quick one night stay . Lots of food places on street and coffee shop and gas stations . Kroger like five minutes away

When we checked in at 3:00 p.m., our room wasn’t ready. Once we finally got inside, the bathroom was disgusting. There was what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall, a dead bug, and a false eyelash left behind. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. To be fair, the bedding appeared to be clean, and I appreciate that. I also appreciate that Red Roof Inn welcomes pets and service dogs at no additional charge. The staff was kind and courteous during our stay, but unfortunately, they seemed unable to keep up with maintaining the property. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Unless you’re in a desperate situation like I was, I would not recommend staying here just because it’s inexpensive or pet-friendly. A low price should never come at the expense of cleanliness, comfort, or peace of mind.

Property pretty well worn but still a good value. Light bulb missing from one of the bedside lamps and only decaffeinated coffee available,which was not a big deal for us. This was probably the 12th year in a row we have stayed there with no major complaints.
