It was a good stay would recommend staying again

If you are traveling with your fur babies beware no rules followed for their breeds or big/little says not more than 80 pounds. First night we arrived while walking w/ our babies in area of room we were attacked by a big dog(pitbull)who was also staying there with owners. 1 doggy hid under vehicle and other one was bitten git away and ran scared for almost 3 days before being found

Clean and friendly staff!

Friendly helpful staff. My TV did not work and the guy came up right away and replaced the remote. It was odd the hot and cold water were backwards. Area around the hotel is just ok.

Water was not hot enough

Stayed for one night in town for Chris brown and usher concert . Perfect for just a quick stay if not expecting much . 15 minutes from Nissan stadium . Room had comfortable beds and clean sheets after doing own inspection . Supposed to be non smoking rooms but upon check in room smelled heavy if cigarette. After a few hours smell went away . Don’t expect a hot shower because water gets lukewarm . Like I mentioned decent for quick one night stay . Lots of food places on street and coffee shop and gas stations . Kroger like five minutes away

When we checked in at 3:00 p.m., our room wasn’t ready. Once we finally got inside, the bathroom was disgusting. There was what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall, a dead bug, and a false eyelash left behind. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. To be fair, the bedding appeared to be clean, and I appreciate that. I also appreciate that Red Roof Inn welcomes pets and service dogs at no additional charge. The staff was kind and courteous during our stay, but unfortunately, they seemed unable to keep up with maintaining the property. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Unless you’re in a desperate situation like I was, I would not recommend staying here just because it’s inexpensive or pet-friendly. A low price should never come at the expense of cleanliness, comfort, or peace of mind.

Property pretty well worn but still a good value. Light bulb missing from one of the bedside lamps and only decaffeinated coffee available,which was not a big deal for us. This was probably the 12th year in a row we have stayed there with no major complaints.

The gentleman at reception was not friendly gave off a bad vibe. The lamp by the bed had dust hanging off the lamp shade. The bed was nasty. Lifted the mattress up to check for bed bugs and gave off a nasty smell as the air pushed out from letting the mattress back down. This left me not feeling comfortable about how unsanitary this room was.

Bed and pillows were excellent, shower had little water pressure.

Not one thing

The mattress was hard and lumpy. There was only 3 pillows for a king size bed. The shower curtain was hanging and torn. The TV remote control was sticky. There was only decaf coffee. There was only one wash cloth. There was no tissue paper.

This is now my fourth summer staying at this Red Roof Inn for CMA Fest, and I’m glad that my experiences have been the same every time. The front desk staff is always very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean, and the location to several restaurants is a nice bonus. (Even nicer is that the Cracker Barrell is next to it for those days you don’t want to drive). The proximity to downtown Nashville can’t be understated enough. I intend to book again next summer.

Was a great stay for the price, clean, pet friendly without being outrageously priced.
