I booked a room for my boyfriend who was in the process of moving. He arrived late and was tired, hot and cranky. During check-in, the cell service was down and he wasn't able to access credit card info for a deposit or reach me to give him that information. The clerk demanded a cash deposit. Upon check out the clerk refused to reimburse him any of his cash deposit. Supposedly, because there was chocolate on the bedding. A verbal confrontation occurred and the clerk threatened to call the police. So my boyfriend just left, angry, tired and now broke. He needed that money for moving, fuel expenses. He spoke with an employee who stated that this property is known to do this. Seems like bad business to me.

Front desk very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the pool. No sketchy characters lurking around. Rooms could be updated, AC worked but was a little humid.

The property was well kept. There is also a supermarket, eateries and a gym all within walking distance. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

If I could give it zero star , I would expedia and this hotel have both let me downhorrily by taking my money when expedia got my dates wrong. Then , instead of moving them to when I needed the dates for you just took my money and wouldn't do anything about it , either one of you. That's called theft

The roaches between our bed sheets were actually not the worst part of our experience - that honor goes to the front desk clerk who checked us in (Sonny), providing the absolute worst customer service I've ever endured. He refused to give me a copy of the contract I was asked to sign at check-in and told me it was "company policy" not to provide guests with copies of the contract? He was overly aggressive, argumentative and not helpful at all! We were forced to call the Wyndham 800 number and have someone get in touch with the hotel manager (at 2am) who told Sonny he needed to give us a copy of the contract. Totally unnecessary interaction with an incredibly rude person who was essentially upset that he was at work that day. We were only there to sleep for a few hours in the middle of our road trip and he managed to make our experience as bad as it possibly could have been. Aside from the roaches and attitude, the hotel itself, location and parking situation were otherwise fine. I would not ever stay at this particular hotel again when traveling through Nashville!

First of all, there was no coffee pot in the hotel room and the breakfast consisted of muffins and little Debbie chocolate donuts that is all that was for breakfast very terrible. would not stay here again. weird smelling aromas in room road front desk.
