The receptionist was really nice during the entire stay there the house keeper was so nice and friendly my room was super clean and bed so comfortable I will definitely be staying again and the hotel is in a very nice area surrounded by all essential needs for traveling

The room was dirty. A pile of hair in the bathroom by the tub and hair in the shower. The chaise in the room was full of stains and the throw pillow was disgusting.

Beds too hard & it was HOT in halls but COOL in room, so that was fine. Wish they had continental breakfast.

When we walked in our hotel room, the room was extremely hot. We called the front desk and maintenance came, but there was nothing they could do to fix it. The maintenance man was very apologetic in the fact that he could not provide us another room.

The staff were extremely respectful, helpful, and kind . Room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning system did have minor issues when trying to turn up the thermostat but besides that everything was wonderful. Would stay again.

Elevators were not clean, room was clean except for the bathroom floor. Hallway temp was very warm.

The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Restaurants in area are ok. We did not eat in hotel because expensive for what you get and restaurant noisy due to hotel entrance right by restaurant.

I got 4 rooms. One room had a terrible poop smell. One room had ants. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Just not a good experience.

It was a in good location! The carpet in my room had a very unpleasant odor throughout my stay. The carpet in the corridors looked dirty! I also booked my reservation with breakfast included, but it wasn’t reflected in my reservation when I checked in. The front desk corrected the issue, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that there wasn’t a proper breakfast area—only a bar serving breakfast. As a result, I chose not to have breakfast there.
