Didn't have free breakfast

The key card organism for the pool area didn’t work and you had to have somebody let you in every time you wanted to go in there. The equipment doors at the pool were all rusted and dangerous. There was also rust all around the entry door frame. pieces of baseboard molding were torn off and laying loose in the pool area, the outside entry door from the patio to the pool doesn’t lock or close solidly (safety issue. ) We had ants in our room on two occasions and no there was no food around. There was a big soft spot in the floor in our room. I tripped over. The window screens were torn flapping and a breeze. We were even really looking around to see what else this property needed. In closing this property needs to have some attention to live up to the Marriott brand

The room was nice but there were ants the next morning. Also I accidentally booked the wrong date and immediately tried to correct it but they wouldn’t refund me for the date I accidentally booked, even tho I notified them right away.

The receptionist was really nice during the entire stay there the house keeper was so nice and friendly my room was super clean and bed so comfortable I will definitely be staying again and the hotel is in a very nice area surrounded by all essential needs for traveling

The room was dirty. A pile of hair in the bathroom by the tub and hair in the shower. The chaise in the room was full of stains and the throw pillow was disgusting.

When we walked in our hotel room, the room was extremely hot. We called the front desk and maintenance came, but there was nothing they could do to fix it. The maintenance man was very apologetic in the fact that he could not provide us another room.

Beds too hard & it was HOT in halls but COOL in room, so that was fine. Wish they had continental breakfast.

liked the location. it was cleaner the cleaner than the Holiday inn up the street.

The staff were extremely respectful, helpful, and kind . Room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning system did have minor issues when trying to turn up the thermostat but besides that everything was wonderful. Would stay again.
