The room was clean and Parking was good

Overall the stay was OK. Property is a outdated. Our room felt damp as if the humidity level was high. Breakfast was inedible the first day and we thought maybe it’s an off day. Second day was the same- eggs were wet and ice cold. I normally do not leave reviews on my hotel stays but this one took the cake.

Stayed there July 26, 2026, rooms were old and dated, staff was useless. They ran out of food by 9:00 and would not prepare anymore. Lady in room next to us roaches in her room went front desk and was told there is nothing they can do. Now if we had paid 80/night and not 230 I could maybe understand the food thing. I’m

Hotel was pretty clean but we had some minor maintenance problems, no working TV in one room, dripping faucet in another. We had to have our room key reprogrammed at least 6 times in the 4 day stay. Complimentary breakfast left much to be desired. While a couple of the gentleman working were very helpful and polite I cannot say the same for the young woman. She was on her phone EVERY time I saw her and did not hang up or even pause her conversation while helping myself or other guests. We have stayed here quite a few times but will probably try someplace new on our next visit.

Quiet. Our 2nd time their. Cleaning staff was careless. Wet lobby and elevator floors. Tables in eating area on attended to. chairs not in place in eating area. Attendant knew little english and could not provide milk and honey as requested. She kept saying "no" to all questions. The worst was the toilet seat had poop on the lid and flushing handle.

Location and the beds were comfortable, close to Starbucks Sheets were dirty in one bed and had to get replacement at 10pm

The room had food particles here and there. It dated and slightly has a musty smell about the building. The breakfast area was messy and did not have much to offer.

The fitted sheet was pilled really bad and felt like sandpaper. I used my soft beach towel to cover the fitted sheet. They ran out of milk, water, juice machine wasn’t working. Had to go to car to get a cold drink.

The suite for 6 was spacious and check in was easy. But there were some issues: We're pretty sure my daughter broke or chipped her elbow falling on the mopped tile floor and there were no signs out at all. One of the air conditioners leaked water into the room carpet. The pool tiles were very dirty, and probably as an easy fix, the chlorine level in the pool was through the roof. If you head down to breakfast late, expect the area to be pretty messy.
