Comfort Inn & Suites Grafton - Cedarburg

The suite for 6 was spacious and check in was easy. But there were some issues: We're pretty sure my daughter broke or chipped her elbow falling on the mopped tile floor and there were no signs out at all. One of the air conditioners leaked water into the room carpet. The pool tiles were very dirty, and probably as an easy fix, the chlorine level in the pool was through the roof. If you head down to breakfast late, expect the area to be pretty messy.

Our room was gross, our bathroom was dirty the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. I won't stay at another Comfort Inn.

This hotel has been on a steady decline over the past five years. Significant maintenance and cleaning are needed. Our room was missing artwork and closet doors, carpet was dirty, and bathroom was moldy/mildew. Exterior entrances can be opened without a room key and furniture in the lobby is stained and dirty. Fitness room only has a treadmill. Breakfast eggs were cold and dry and gave the appearance they were left over from the previous day.

Breakfast was often low on food being offered with long waits to replenish. Our door was broken and wouldn’t latch. It was fixed the day we asked about it, so I’m grateful they did that quickly. But we spent over a day with our room not able to lock if we weren’t in it.

The room was clean... except microwave didn't appear to be cleaned from previous patron. I think perhaps it's time for some NEW mattresses.... very well used I'd say. They absolutely need NEW pillows. They.. "the pillows" felt like clumps of foam stuffed into a pillow case. We only stayed one night so didn't feel the need to request other arrangements. Breakfast was your typical offering.

Rooms clean and bedding towels changed daily. Staff pleasant and accommodating

Good stay! This is an older establishment but it seems to be very well maintained! King suite was nice for the long weekend in Grafton. Would stay there again!

The tv buffered the whole time so that stunk. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting! Also the beds were so so hard!

Lumpy mattress and grime just about everywhere you gave more than a passing glance. Place only looks nice in photos.

A little lacking. Coffee machine was broken.

The lady at the front desk was kind of rude and bad mouthed the rest of the staff.

We didn’t need help from staff but they were friendly. Very clean, best hotel bed in a long time! We were pretty busy during our time there and didn’t use the amenities. Pool area was closed but that means they check the water quality. Wish the coffee was better at hotels in general, but it got us up and moving in the morning.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room and bed They should not advertise amenities that they do not have- A hot tub and pool. I booked this place because they offered these but neither was functional during my 4 night stay. I wish I had paid a few dollars more to stay at the Hampton which actually has these . If their price were lower, I could see staying at Comfort-otherwise, no worth the price.

It was also not as clean as other Comfort Inns we've stayed at. Looks banged up and not as clean as other Comfort Inns we frequent.
