Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom but the A/C unit wasn’t controlled very easily so it was challenging to maintain a comfortable temp. The fan on the unit could only go low or high, couldn’t turn it off completely.

Window air conditioner rattled and shook all night long. Did not keep the room at a constant temperature. But the biggest problem was that the bed was ROCK HARD!!! I woke up with a huge backache..,, Argggg!

Great location. Very convenient and near our friends house. Check in staff is charging me additional fees for upgrade but I already paid for the upgrade prior to checking in. No bacon except on Sunday. Not much variety/choices for warm breakfast. The room after the 2nd time smells moldy.

Our room wasn't fully cleaned. Bathroom was missing towels and toiletries. We asked the front desk for the missing items and they did provide us with them. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. Kleenex box had 2 tissues left in it - and there was no back-up box.

Ours was a short stay, without much need of the amenities. The location was good; availability was good. Price was higher than expected. Front desk clerk was friendly but a little overwhelmed. One detail of the room design was odd: the window shade was electronic-only, but the control for it was on the other side of the room and difficult to find. The single-serve coffeemaker sputtered. Checkout was quick and easy.

Was there 4 days and not once did they clean my room, make bed or anything. All while having signs posted everywhere they do this service every other day for your stay. Only had the do not disturb sign on door at night when sleeping, would remove when i left in the morning

We had a handicap accessible room and it was spacious enough for the wheelchair! The people were very helpful and we had a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to other individuals in a wheelchair. It would be a nice addition if the bed lifted and lowered so it could be the same height as a wheelchair seat.
