Hampton Inn & Suites Grafton

Was there 4 days and not once did they clean my room, make bed or anything. All while having signs posted everywhere they do this service every other day for your stay. Only had the do not disturb sign on door at night when sleeping, would remove when i left in the morning

We had a handicap accessible room and it was spacious enough for the wheelchair! The people were very helpful and we had a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to other individuals in a wheelchair. It would be a nice addition if the bed lifted and lowered so it could be the same height as a wheelchair seat.

There was no internet so phone in room didn't work, no streaming channels the jets in hot tub didn't work stained wash cloth in bathroom, staff was calling for maintenance and assistance with internet no one was returning her calls also there weren't many guests and we were put on the 4th floor which staff thought was odd too

Room and staff was Just perfect !!!

We booked for three children and two adults. We were given a room with 2 queen size beds. We were told no cots could go in the room when we asked for one. We should have been given a room to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children as this is what I paid for.

Large rooms, very clean and great breakfast Your local next to I 43 created a LOT of noise from traffic going by. I had a hard time sleeping due to trucks zooming by all night. The rooms facing the highway are not quiet!

The breakfast and the employees were very nice. We had to ask several time for pool towels as the pool was busy and the employee was not nice about it. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay and the bath towels were not restocked.

Breakfast was an upscale of continental breakfast and had the waffle maker and lots of great toppings, juice, fresh fruit (which was a great touch), oatmeal, eggs, meat, cereal, etc. They even had pick up and go bags for people on the go. Staff were friendly and when I requested daily cleaning they had no problem doing that. That was a relief since we had a toddler. I guess if you want scenery being at a hotel next to the freeway isn’t the way to go. But on the plus side they have the building more sound proof so you can barely hear it

Room was very nice, well kept and clean. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and extras.
