Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn & Suites

Was very comfortable stay and will stay again next time I am in town

As I travel north to South Dakota in the future this where I will stay.

First off, there was no mention that the pool heater and hot tub were down. Big bummer when you have Littles who just want to swim. I specifically asked the staff if the pool was working, and they said yes - it was just the hot tub that was down. There were signs all around that said the pool heater was down, so they lied. The room was OK, but extremely out dated and just dirty. The couch and chair were filthy - you truly didn't even want to sit on them. The room had a really awful smell, I cant really describe it but it was definitely foul. The air conditioner was loud and barely worked. I didn't think about until the next day, but I checked the filters and they were caked with dirt. I cleaned them myself and the air worked so much better. The key card didn't work in the second day, because they "forgot" to redo it. Kind of frustrating when your hands are totally full and you have to Littles and have to go all the way around. One of the lights had a short in it and would pop every time you tried to use it. Just kind of a bummer all around for a hard working family taking a vacation.

I feel these reviews are very helpful when looking for a place to stay. As I enter the hotel lobby it was clean and welcoming. The 2 ladies at the desk were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and it smelled cleaned. Bathrooms were clean and extra towels were there. Television remote was in a clean bag. Fridge worked and the fitness room look well maintained. I would stay there again.

Very nice facility

It was affordable and close to Grand Island Oasis. The only issues with the place was that it definitely had not been updated for quite some time, the walls were thinner than we had hopped for and could hear the TV and talking of nearby rooms, and the pool and hottub weren't the cleanest. Overall though, it was a decent experince.

The hotel was clean, nice to have refrigerator and microwave in the room. The breakfast was very good. Thank you.

Our only disappointment was the refrigerator had no freezer area and the vent in the bathroom did not appear to be working. Enjoyed our short stay

Really safe place. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfy beads. Rooms are really spacious.

Room 130 was next to the laundry room and was quite noisy. Pool was great.

Breakfast was limited to most we see. No bagels, waters, cream cheese, etc. The staff were all great tho and room clean, bed very comfy.
