There was no hot water (AM). When I checked out told the person at the desk and asked for an adjustment to my bill. I was refused an adjustment. Offered no assistance.

The room and bathroom walls looked dirty with stains and there was dried paint drips on the door. Also, there was no hot water in the bathroom, ended up taking a lukewarm shower.

Even with the AC on the room was humid. Location was convenient. Housekeeping came into room at 8 to 830 and woke me up. Freezer in small fridge was caked in 2 inches of ice. Wonderful deck out back overlooking a pond. Was definitely not the best stay I have had.

We reserved the room in advance for a day at the State Fair. When we checked in, we noticed the lobby was dirty and some bugs were flying around. Got to our room #132. There were very visible stains on both the blankets and coverlet. Stains on carpet and mold/mildew type stains on the wall underneath the sink, which oddly is more part of the room and not part of the bathroom The room was not clean so we went back to front desk and canceled the room, letting front desk staff that the room was unclean. Front Desk staff assured me that my credit card charges would be refunded in full. Very disappointing

Very clean rooms and we loved the back of the hotel! They have seats to sit under the trees and relax.

one thing the bathroom was so small that the door opened past the toilet only 6 inch clearence, also the toilet was very low and hard to get up from. breakfast offer was very good juice and waffles and other.

It is what you would expect for a cheaper motel. Clean but not up to date. Breakfast was medicore (waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit.) Strange smell in hallways at times but not huge deal. I feel like I paid for what I got.

The rooms were clean. We were only there to sleep but the free breakfast made our mornings easier. My only complaint is that our bathroom door would not lock but that was only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise our stay was great.

Bathroom was extremely small. Continental breakfast was not that great.

The view of the pond was great. In general things were fairly clean but there was some water damage on one wall of the bathroom and the carpets felt a little sticky to walk on.

Breakfast was good. Choices of biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, coffee & juice No hot water in room. Hard to take a shower!! Tv had no guide. Difficult to find a show to watch when you don't know what's on!
