The breakfast was small. But was good.

We checked in and the first room the fridge didn't work. The 2nd room it was like someone previously dropped hot cheese and it splattered on the wall. All the doors to rooms were warped so one had to slam the door shut. The whole building smelt musky. However, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable.

No body or hand soap in bathroom upon arrival Also., I suggest getting rid of the nasty old charcoal since it hasn’t been cleaned out years If you provide a grill provide the utensils to clean it snd a burger flipper. Most Traveling people don’t carry these items We bought burgers to grill out on the 4th and later discovered no utensils and it was full of old gross leftovers

It’s an older hotel, needs some updating. It was fine for the price.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

A friendly welcome as we arrived. Nice room, clean and the room offered the extra assess we needed with someone with trouble walking . We didn't go to breakfast, but we were informed of it when we checked in. Easy to travel to and from locations in the area.

We loved the view of the lake and the friendliness of the staff. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

The metal around the bathroom door threshhold was rusty. Concern- The bathtub floor was very slippery. My husband didn't take a shower, but I feel he probably would have fallen. He has balance issues. There weren't any grab bars. Main concern, the outside door lock at the far end of the motell was broken, so anyone could enter the building without a room key. That made me feel unsafe.

Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.

We loved our stay, will stay again next time I’m in grand island

I like that the pet rooms do not have carpet. The room was dirty, and the breakfast was lacking compared to other Super 8 hotels we have stayed at.

Very poor

Absolutely no way this place has the ratings listed on here. There was a horrid mold smell, cockroaches on the floor, other people's hair on the walls in the shower, holes in the bathroom door and bedframes way too large for the mattresses. 1/10 would NEVER recommend this place.
