Had a very nice stay. Staff were great and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything in the room was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very accommodating. It was close to restaurants, and water park. The pillows and bed were comfortable. They could shampoo the carpet or switch to hard floor to make an improvement, but overall the room was priced right and worked well for my family.

The place is fairly run down. Rooms are old. Probably should not advertise this place with a breakfast - only cereal and bread. No eggs or meat. Still had to go get an actual breakfast.

They say they have a continental breakfast but all it was yogurt toast and banana. The elevator was broke. The shower handle was broke and it burned my wife because she was not able to turn it off. They did fix the shower handle.

The door to get in said room key was needed but that was broke. There was a used towel on the hook in the bathroom and the hotel seat was gross from how old it was. Updates needed. The smell was awful in the whole place

The room was "clean" but the window did not shut all the way and was held in place by a bar so I guess there is that. It was very annoying when the wind would blow. The people above me were so loud and stompy and I could hear everything in the hallway. The locks were secure on the doors. The bed was comfy but with the wind blowing through the small crack in the window, I didn't sleep very well. Paying over 100 dollars for that was not worth it and I won't stay again. If you are looking to just sleep, make sure to get a room on the top floor.

It was nice for the money There was black mold behind the bathroom door up in the corner to the ceiling. Like 3 good sized circles.

It’s very close to the tracks and casino. This is a budget hotel, it was clean and the staff nice. They don’t do much of a breakfast, but the restaurant next door is awesome Not really “didn’t like”, but it is an older budget hotel.

Elevator not working and front desk person thought we could carry all our belongings up a long flight of stairs. We requested a room on main floor and was told he didn't have a one queen bed available. I said so there are no rooms available at all? Oh yes but not 1 queen bed. Had to talk him through maybe giving us other bed options. He was hard to understand language barrier. We always stay at this location every time we are in Grand Island NE. Never again!! I had a reservation so not a surprise visit. Everything
