Poor breakfast

Only 2 pillows in room. No extra blankets

The only thing that needs to improve is, they need to vacuum their stairs. Other than that, nothing but high marks.

Room and facilities were clean and modernized and hotel front desk friendly, however, in room 238, No hair dryer in the room, bathroom plug-in didn't work, bed was hard, alot of outside noise with semi's idling I realize I should have anticipated that when I booked knowing it was by the truck stop, No small coffee pot available, No elevator, Had an unusual extra L-shaped metal lock on the inside the door that easily flipped over when leaving the room, so got locked out and even though we had our card key, couldn't get back in. Hotel staff person had to bring a wire hook to try to flip this lock open and wasn't easy. She admitted that it has happened before. I would recommend they reinstall the normal lock mechanism that most hotels have. Not the worst stay, but most likely won't rebook.

Great staff! Breakfast was grab and go and it worked out perfectly for us in the morning. River view from our room was beautiful. Had a great overall stay. Definitely will be choosing this location in the future.

The location was good and easy to find. Breakfast was OK! Didn't appreciate being woke up with a knock at the door and then a phone call, because the clerk apparently gave us the wrong room. The guest above us were extremely loud.

I didn’t like the breakfast, even though it was a grab and go, which is good for some travelers, but I prefer to have some eggs and pancakes and a more relaxed breakfast

Rooms were clean and nice for a stop on travels. The only downside was we didnt see an elevator. Otherwise, great stay! I'd stay here again.
