A/C was noisy, both doors had the extra chain locks missing, had to play around with the light switch above sink and mirror to get it to come on, carpet was stained and dirty, felt kinda sticky. Toilet bowl was loose and moved. Early morning kept hearing a cat out in the inside hallway. The sink faucet was very hard to pull out to turn on.

Upon arriving, I discovered that the TV in the room wasn’t working. The owner/mgr came to my room and quickly determined that the problem was with the satellite feed and contacted them, telling me they would resolve it. Next morning it was still not working. I again asked the owner/mgr about it and he (falsely) claimed it had been fixed the previous night—and he refused to come to my room to see that my TV still did not work. The single ice machine was out of order. The swing bar latches on both doors to my room had been ripped off and broken (the room had 2 doors—to the hallway and to the outside). Why and how were they broken?? And why hadn’t they been replaced (less than $5 item on Amazon)? There was only 1 accessible outlet in the room—next to the sink—not an ideal place to charge electronics. And, while checking my TV, the owner/mgr pulled a bureau out from the wall to check that the TV was plugged in—and there were at least 4 things in a single outlet (TV, satellite box, fridge, microwave). This doesn’t seem very safe!? It also appeared to have been a long time since anyone had cleaned behind the bureau. This property and its amenities was poorly maintained and not very clean. Also, I did not see nor was I told about a breakfast (which I never have, but it was advertised in the online listing). I’d not recommend staying here.

For $175 a night, I was excited for the spa room I saw online with the private hot tub right in the bedroom. In reality, the hot tub/deep bath tub was tucked away in the bathroom. The water came out rust colored when we turned it on, and there were lots of things floating. Not sure if it was old soap scum or someone else's dead skin. The room was clean in the areas that mattered, no bed bugs or anything, but the carpet was gross, mattress and bedding had what looked like old blood stains, and I felt dirty after being there. It hadn't been renovated since the early 80s, so everything was dingy and had a layer of "this item has been touched for decades by everyone" on it. It was depressing walking in there. The lighting was creepy and sad. The front desk staff was chill when they checked me in, I wouldn't say overly friendly but was gone in the morning, and replaced by a card drop basket. There was no breakfast. The breakfast area looked fully finished w all the necessary set up, just with no food and no power and a sheet of paper that said "under construction" taped to the door. Felt like they just didn't want to deal with making breakfast. I wouldn't have come here if I knew the breakfast wasn't real. I'm so happy my bf drove 2 hours up to stay with me here, (I was here for work) because I would have been terrified in this place by myself. It reminds me of the feeling I when I watched "The Backrooms" in theaters. Diagonal corner toilet in our bathroom was awesome though.

Good location. Good nights sleep and good place if you just want to crash. A bit old and dingy…

I always enjoy the older hotels as expected the room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable.
-
furniture smelled bad carpet had pet smells and stains, coffee watered down pancake mix was old very old. orange juice was good and bread ok too

I am from the area. The location seems bad because of closed businesses around it, but it is a safe place to stay.

We ended up not staying, the pictures where not what was actual, the room was dirty & there was hair between the nightstand & the bed & we did not feel that the room was clean or safe to stay

Although this is an older hotel, it is very well maintained. The water pressure is incredible. The heating/air-conditioning in the room is very efficient. The Wi-Fi could use a little improvement. The continental breakfast is a nice bonus.

The location was fine. They had no ingredient list for the 2 cereals that they provided. I explained that I was gluten free. He said I don't know the ingredients and wasn't willing to check on a box from the back room. He was not professional or caring. The shower drain was very, very slow. So you stood in 2-3 inches of water while taking a shower. Uck.

Location was perfect for our situation. Very reasonable rates. Nothing....knew what to expect.
-
Not much! Cheap price is all. Very dirty! Walls, carpet, bathroom all were dirty. Sheets had holes. Carpet was sticky.

Fantastic it was.
-
Cleanliness was not good especially in hallways. For the cost of the one night stay the i would expect a cleaner environment/facilites.
-
Easy parking and the breakfast was good.

If you’re looking for amenities or anything fancy, this isn’t your place. If you’re looking for a place to crash & a clean room & bed are your only expectations, this is the ticket. Super cheap, clean room, friendly staff. Nothing fancy, but she gets the job done.

Did not have handicapped accessible room.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful during my elderly grandparents stay. Very relieved to hear how well my grandparents experience has gone. Above and beyond helpful!
