Quality Inn and Conference Center I-80 Grand Island

Good parking, easy check in, friendly front desk people, room was good, breakfast was good, I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

Room was spacious and clean. Well decorated. Shower did not work well. Property kind of sets down in a hole and could use a little face lift. Overall it was a good place. Price was very good.

Appalled by this Expedia-endorsed property. It was embarrassing that my choice in hotel was NOT as advertised!! I trusted Expedia to know and accurately represent the properties it endorses.  I reserved two rooms. My guy and I had one room and my son and his wife and two small children were in the other room. We were traveling from Wisconsin to Fairplay, Colorado for my daughter‘s wedding. We specifically chose your facility because it was advertised to have a heated pool and a hot tub. Additionally, it was advertised that there was a restaurant and lounge on site. It seemed ideal as a one stop retreat for everything we would need for a comfortable, relaxing, full service overnight experience! Sadly, the hot tub did not work. The pool was very cold. The restaurant/lounge was not operating. I used more than 40 points I had earned from prior travel through Expedia to offset the cost of what we thought was going to be a refreshing and energizing overnight stay before traveling the next several hundred miles of our journey. Instead, we had to go off site to eat dinner. We could not relax and rejuvenate in the hot tub. We took a chance on the pool since it was “heated“ and we were all freezing, especially the small children who were shivering and had purple skin from the cold water - definitely not heated.  Expedia should 100% reimburse me for the cost of the 2 rooms as well as the points I used. Didn’t get what paid for; got stress instead.

The pool was under maintenance

The room smelled like wet dog. The tub/shower did not drain, but it did eject a mass of someone else's hair we had to dodge. The hot tub was not functioning, the front desk staff didn't care. But what do you want for $75 right???

Good breakfast

All your Qualuty Inns seem to think that guests only eat breakfast from 6Am - 9 AM. I'd like to see it expanded to 10 AM. We are not all here for business and need to get to a meeting nearby. A lot of us are just travelers, relaxing or corraling our kids
