Minor hiccups not fault if hotel the staff was as helpful as could be after getting yelled at by rude people. No breakfast without a fee. But all was comfortable

Good location but hotel wasn’t as clean as it had been in a previous stay. Dinner was expensive and staff seemed interested in other things.

Our room the phone did not work to call the front desk, did not have a hair blower in the room and no coffee in the lobby! Something I would expect from a Marriott!

They did not have a room ready when we tried to check in at 3:30, 30 mins past their check in time. They said the rooms hadn’t been cleaned yet. It took another two hours for them to get one ready. Also, didn’t see where they charge for parking on the app. They said they were going to waive the parking fee. Not happy with the service the front desk staff provided.

Our beds were very hard, we did not sleep well. We both had sore backs the next morning. We were disappointed that there wasn't a pool. We will not be staying here again.

The staff was exceptional. They were professional and resolved all issues. The Bistro was awesome for breakfast every morning.. The parking lot at the facility was not acceptable the lighting was not sufficient. The trees need to be trimmed away from the parking lot lighting. This is a potential liability issue if it is not addressed.
