Courtyard by Marriott Grand Junction

Black hair by mattress, Used tissue at both sides of bed between mattress and headboard. Two light bulbs not working. AC Thermostat loose on wall. Dust on Headboard and Light fixtures. Stains in corners of bathtub/wall. Room could be nice with better housekeeping and maintenance. Only stayed one night. Left message of issues with clerk at checkout so future negative reviews can be avoided.

Staff was able to help with booking issue. Broken lamp on wall was ready to fall off. 110v outlets barely held a plug. Shower was missing caulking and trim was coming off.

Nice, clean room and comfy bed. Staff was friendly.

The property was sort of outdated but clean nonetheless. Google maps shows a hot tub still, bring it back :(

I loved staying here and will book a room again. It was clean, quiet and comfortable - making my vacation more enjoyable.

It was modern and clean. Staff was polite and accommodating. There was no free coffee or breakfast which I’m used to at Courtyards- and the bed had a huge “hole” in the center which made us hurt in the morning. We had enormous difficulty sleeping well. We kept rolling toward one another.

We prefer Marriott Courtyard over other hotels but this hotel just did not meet the Marriott standard. The hotel is not very clean. The restrooms on the 1st floor were dirty. The mattress in our room was broken. The springs on one side were completely broken. The bathroom door was catching and hard to close. The staff was friendly and moved us to a different room. In that room the toilet was broken which they fixed the next morning. It is a busy hotel but that does not mean you are allowed to fail the standards we expect from a Marriott hotel. We will not stay at this property again.

Would not stay here again

We had to change rooms because the bathroom faucet was leaking and there were several inches of water in the bathtub. In the second room, there was a toenail on the ground and we saw a cockroach walk across the hall in the lobby. The carpet in front of the elevators was very worn and in need of replacement, the elevatior needed serviced, and the stairwell smelled like urine. I am not sure if you need to pay for WiFi by downloading the Marriot Envoy app, however, I could not get it to work without the app.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in very clean and well maintained. Room was clean with a very big bathroom. Hotel is convenient for the airport.

Room was clean but dated. TV very small. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok but expensive for what you get.

We left too early to have breakfast Dinner quality wasn't that great. Staff and service were good, just the actual food could be improved. Salad was boring -mostly just lettuce, other dinner was bland and seemed pre-packaged.

Everything was good. We really enjoyed getting drinks at the bar and sitting outside.

I have been traveling my whole life retired a few years ago. My experience at this location was unbelievable. When I checked in the front desk could not have been more rude and condescending. Then my son and I go to the bistro to get a sandwich pay for it on my credit card. By the way, the food was terrible, but my real issue was when they came over after we received our food and pretty much accused, my son of not paying for the beer that he had. They look through their paperwork after standing there with us like we were criminals and found the receipt. What a joke.!!! I will never give Marriott properties one more penny of my money thank you

Very clean however, lacked amenities in the room other than 2 coffee's. Staff was always preoccupied, breakfast was not included.

Had picked a shower with no tub. This had tub so we weren’t able to take shower because of disability. Only one trash can for whole place See above. All staff were very pleasant. Room was clean. Bed comfortable

Dirty carpet, tv was not plugged in or set up. Old, needs updated. Lobby worn out.

good staff and nice room..

They advertise that there is a pool but you had to go over to the other hotel to use but. The staff didn’t tell me. Also this is the first hotel in a long time that didn’t offer a breakfast. The shower wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t offer many normal amenities like soap or enough towels.
