Motel 6 Grand Junction, CO

When I first drove up there were a bunch of tweakers around the property. I think that’s who they have fixing up the rooms too. Now it’s a Motel 6 so honestly didn’t care about that. Got in the room and the AC was the one with the tube that goes out the window. So my window didn’t actually close and I was so nervous because I’m a girl traveling alone. Then the shower I couldn’t barely fit in. And the next morning I woke up with an eye infection.

You get what you pay for

This place sucked, no real AC just portable units and they barely worked. Room smelled, bed was no good, and the list goes on and on.

The only prom I had with them is their air-conditioning was out

No water at the properties. Had to find a new place and still waiting for a refund from Expedia

Upon check in I was informed there was no hot water available at the hotel a would not be any for the duration of my intended stay. I left and got a nice room at motel 8

No hot water had to change hotels.

The only problem, I knew during my visit is hot water issue. and I don't mind that. but the property really need a lot of maintenance. Beds need to be changed, Bathroom need to worked on, specially Plumbing part! get some good bath towels.

There is no AC. There is no TV remote. The room was filthy and because we were on our last leg of our journey, we had nowhere else to go. It was a terrible experience. Do not stay here if you can avoid it.

It was a cheap place to stay the night, which was nice.

The areas of the establishment i was in were all impressively clean. Its a motel 6 so my expectations weren't very high but it gave the impression that the place was cared for. I had just come from a different motel 6 in Oregon and the differences were night and day. The two staff I interacted with were professional and helpful. One had to deal with a problematic guest at midnight and I appreciated that the policies were upheld to ensure the other guests were not disturbed. The airport conditioning was a bit odd. They had an in room unit. It was understandably off when I arrived to the room so the room was a little stuffy. Once I got it up and running it was great through the night. The bed was not comfortable. It worked for a night but it would have been tough to fall asleep if I wasn't so exhausted. Overall, very pleased and impressed. I would stay again if the need arose.

Bad

Electrical issues. Kept blowing breakers that caused our room to black out. Small rooms.

Nothing the room was disgusting and the staff was rude You had no air conditioner. It was beyond dirty, and the staff, including the manager were extremely rude.

Shower was old and peeling and no hot water.

All the employees are really mean Nothing ill will stay there again

The hotel clerk realized I would have difficulty with a second floor room. She called the housekeeper to check on how soon she would be done cleaning one of the first floor rooms. They worked together and got me on the first floor. I was very grateful for that.

Close to airport Non of the lights worked. TV was cutting in and out . Wall outlet covers missing, AC unit had a blown circuit breaker and had to rearrange the room to get it work

Cheap No AC, not clean
