On a budget so thought a 3 plus star room with a pool and breakfast would be a nice treat. The room had a good air conditioner and comfortable beds but that’s where the compliments stop. Staff had no idea about local restaurants to start off. After a few mins in the room a knock came and I was surprised to have bottles of shampoo and soap shoved into my hands without a word when I opened the door. Closer inspection showed only one full sized towel for a double queen room, unless you count the one hanging on the back of the bathroom door, presumably from a prior guest. We found a kids toy under the bed. The ice machine was broken (as of “yesterday” they said but I’m skeptical about the truth of that statement), and the fridge had no freezer. No coffee machine, and no cups or eating wear in room. Came back from dinner on a summer evening, the 100 plus day finally in the 90s to find out pool closed at 8. The breakfast options were abysmal. 1 plain bagel left, a few sausage hot pockets in the fridge and what looked to be corn dogs. Cereal dispenser with flakes and a gallon of milk in the fridge. That’s literally it. Except for a sign warning a hundred and fifty dollar charge for taking food to room. Key card wouldn’t work when I returned empty handed, so I asked for a late (noon) check out as he replaced it. He said “leave when you want” dismissively then came banging at the door at 11:40 claiming he’d said nothing if the kind and rudely storming away. WOW.

The room was filthy honestly. White sheets & pillow cases had spots on them. The tub was so dirty I went out and bought Comet to clean it before I stepped into it. There were no wash clothes or hand towels at all, and not one bit of soap anywhere, including hand soap, body soap, shampoo. I had to use all my own resources for all those things. And the extra lock on the door didn't work either. No elevator and of course I needed to drag everything into my room to reorganize and I was in the backside, upstairs as far away from any staircase possible, lugging my huge suitcase, big cooler up the stairs.

We arrived around 4 for check-in and nobody was in the office as the only girl working seemed to be busy setting up rooms. When (didn't get her name) did come back to the office, we were waiting with 2 other clients. She seemed flustered. She messaged somebody and a gentleman came from a back office, helped her with a computer issue then left again. A minute later he was back to go and finish setting up rooms she had not yet completed. They seemed to be short-staffed. We checked in and the girl asked me for a refundable deposit of 100$. I gave her the cash and she placed it in a marked envelope and told me to collect the money in the morning when we checked out. We went to the room 115 on the ground floor. The room was very poor, very unclean carpet and the AC rattled all night long, although it did seem to work. We had no towels or toilet paper or soaps. There was also no coffee service in the room. I called the desk and the girl asked me to come to the office to collect what I required. The night passed and we went for our breakfast. The choices were very poor, toast and bagels, no yogurt, no fruit. Cups with the wrong lids We went to Denny's. Went to collect my deposit and the owner, (didn't get his name) told me I could not get my deposit until 11 am, checkout time. We argued about his apparent rule, and eventually we went to check the room together. He told me he would bend his rule about the deposit and gave me my 100$. Extremely disappointed

So this place is very affordable, and it shows. The staff were very disinterested. The room had a musk to it when I walked in, and there were nearly no amenities in the room (no toiletries, no soap, no cups). Things weren't particularly clean, including some mold on the walls in the shower. The breakfast didn't have any bowls or plates and all the boxes they'd opened to put things out were strewn about the room. It worked for a late overnight on a long road trip, but I wouldn't try to stay here again.

I don't know how this can stay in business and be this bad.

I will never stay at a days inn again they are horrible. I would rather sleep in my car.

The images used to advertise the property were criminally misleading. Upon arrival, the toilet didn’t work, we had to contact maintenance immediately, there were no clean towels in the room, just wash cloths, we literally had to wait for them to wash towels to bring us clean towels. Every piece of linen in the room was covered in stains, including the towels. The carpet was stained and dirty, the refrigerator barely worked, and the air conditioner fan assembly clearly needed to be replaced because it knocked so loudly I had to sleep with sound canceling headphones. Luckily there were no bed bugs which came as a surprise. My wife and I slept on top of the comforter with blankets we brought from home. We originally planned on staying here again during our return trip but I promptly canceled that reservation and will pay the last minute premium for booking somewhere else. The one positive is the staff was friendly. That is the only redeeming quality about this borderline roach motel.

Front staff was helpful and let us cancel reservation and approved a refund

But property could be cleaner, mostly bath. Stool didn’t refill tank

The staff was short and not friendly at all. There were NO towels in the room. When I asked about them, they said I couldn't get them for another 45 min. what hotel gives you a room without towels? The white bed spread had stains on it, the bathroom was disgusting, and staff went into our room while we weren't present. NOT COOL!!!

The room was dirty, the staff was rude. Do not recommend.

This was an absolute horrible stay. The staff when checking in were very rude. The room was dingy with heavy stains and the carpet and walls. The TV did not work. The ice machine had not ice and when we asked about it it were told to keep checking. We checked several times and there was no ice. They required an additional deposit when checking in that was more than the overnight room rate. Would not recommend staying here. Many other cleaner and friendlier places to stay for a quick overnight. Don't stay here....keep looking.

The welcome was good. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and requests. The facility does not appear to be well kept, updated and was run down. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot. The room was very dirty but had just been cleaned. The bedspread was ripped and stained, the mattress was spotted and blood stained. The bathtub was broken and leaked all night long . I could go on. But we needed to save a dollar and we did. The staff were friendly and the pool looked fairly enjoyable.

Wasn't told at check-in that television service down. No discount offered. Bedding smelled of cleaning chemicals, but everything was dingy and stained....the sheets, the towels, the shower curtain. This was a quick 6 hour stay just trying to get some sleep before flight, I would have NEVER stayed if this was a true stay. Moved the night stand to find an outlet.....disgusting. The shower and toilet appeared clean enough, but the corner of the floors were obviously missed, the caulking was stained and black in places. The walls were scuffed and damaged. This place needs a SERIOUS deep clean and was very low quality for a Days Inn.

No toilet paper in the bathroom, only half the light bulbs worked, bathtub was dirty.

The manager handled towels, wash cloths, TV and I connected the clock to a different outlet. Room smelled when we arrived but it grew on you. The bed was very good and the air worked well. We arrived for breakfast at 8:50 am and most everything was put away. It was to be open until 9am. Very need of overall maintenance and renovation. Not well kept. Stayed because it was pet friendly. Manager was attentive to our needs, kind and professional.

The room is soo dirty and unkept. We checked in and the bed sheets and pillow cases are dirty and has stains and we had to ask the cleaner to change it. There were no towels in the room and we had to ask in the front desk. The carpet as seen in the photo has a lot of stains too and the bathtub is nasty, my son didn't even want to take shower in it. There was even a live Cockroach on the floor as seen on the photos i uploaded. I should have read the reviews before booking this hotel. I don't know how this hotel passed the local county public health agencies. Please don't stay here...
