Staff was great

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned at all.There was donuts in there from the previous guests.No pillows on one of the beds and an open bar of soap and I opened cup in the bathroom.We went down to the front desk and they moved us to another room, but they went to check the room first and made sure that it was okay which tells me this sort of thing happens often. The whole property is very old and dated and desperately needs to be updated.

Breakfast could use some protein but it was better than just pastries and coffee. AC was good, comfortable bed, a good place for a stay on a road trip.

A/c smelled funny.

I called before my visit and advised the person on the phone that I had mobility difficulties. Despite that, when I checked in, I was given a room equally distant from either entrance. Beyond that, the room was pleasant enough for my needs.

Comfortable

About half of the tv channels were too pixelated to watch. Possibly not the property's problem. The room had a nice comfortable recliner but the mechanism was jammed and I could not actually recline.

Bed comfy, ac not the greatest, room was clean, limited breakfast items with limited space.

Very clean and very nice staff! The water temp was very difficult to regulate, and the air conditioner wasn't the greatest.

I will NEVER recommend Super 8 to ANYONE

It's an older property so I will rate accordingly. I felt like we were safe and the vehicle was safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean and most everything worked. There might have been load issues with some of the outlets. I'm sure I could have been moved but I wasn't going to be there long. Breakfast is waffles, juice, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would return if I needed a place to sleep and shower.

We had an unpleasant situation in the room, we asked for help and they helped us quickly at the moment. Staff was great.

Breakfast was very limited Property was very dated, rips in hallway carpeting. Windows are not energy efficient, too much heat from sun coming into room.

The staff was understanding when I had to stay longer than I originally planned The facility was absolutely disgusting. I had to DoorDash cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub before using it, I couldn’t use the washer and dryer that were on sight because it was infested with bugs. Lastly, I had to pay a deposit since I’m local. Which is fine, but I had to wait almost 3 weeks and call them twice to get it back. The manager I spoke to tried to argue with me saying they already paid it back until I emailed proof that they didn’t. Very dissatisfied and would NOT recommend.

This place is convenient, but not satisfied with the cleanliness. Hard time draining the tub, dried blood on the side of the toilet, clearly well used hotel. Staff was nice. Bed was not very comfortable.

Nice clean property. Very convenient to restaurants etc.

Carpet was dirty in the room. Toilet tank would only refill sometimes(could not figure that one out). Think they knew about it because I had to turn the toilet water on. Just weird.

Pool not maintained.

Hallway carpet on every floor needs to be replaced. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

It served its purpose. It was adequate.
