Average room but quiet.

Older building but they have been maintaining very well

Super clean room, comfy bed, and A/C unit was nice because it just ran continuously on low for great white noise- it didn't turn on and off all night like the previous place I stayed!

Good location, helpful staff, convenient amenities.

Why don't more properties put a nice hot tub in the room?

The staff was great, room clean and super spacious!! Did have trouble at nigjt with one lady getting TP but the next morning it was taken care of and we left happy

Not a bad place to stay for the price. But dated. And the pool was empty. Walls are thin as well.

I loved the stay, everything we had said that we got a jacuzzi room but we didn't. The room was spacious and very nice!! Was super sad to have to leave but life if crazy. The staff where out of this world nice, hard working and knowledgeable.

All the staffs were super nice and helpful. The building is old but they maintained well and kept them very clean.

Everything was close by had no trouble finding things. It’s going to be one of my go to motels when I come through to go to Salt Lake. I always stopping in Grand Junction? So this will be my place of Choice unless something changes.

Great stay for the price. Very clean room, well supplied. Awesome staff and great location. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed and will definitely do it again.

This old hotel also has long-term tenants staying there in the motel section in the back. Unfortunately, they have cluttered the walkways outside the rooms with lawn chairs and trash. There are old cars with flat tires in some of the handicap spots. The pool area is completely trashed and the pool is dry and filthy. They got our reservation wrong (only had us down for one room instead of two) and seemed to struggle getting us our receipts at the end of the stay. Staff bordered on combative.

Not much Room was dirty bottles under bed floor dirty alot of spiders and they would not do anything bought it not even switch rooms

The pictures look better than reality. The upkeep of property is very poor. The room was somewhat clean. I woke up in middle of night and there was a roach crawling on bed. When I went to checkout no one at front desk so I could not discuss with staff about the cleanliness and roach. I would not recommend.

Cheap and safe. Staff was nice and the room was large, quiet, and clean. Needed a place to sleep and relax for the night an it did that job. No elevator for my heavy gear. Pool was long since gone and quite an eye-sore. On site residences are living there full time aren't exactly the city's finest. And I couldn't find a single good outlet for my phone. Only outlet I found usable was one in the bathroom. This place needs many updates. Better than sleeping in my car, though.

Great place for the price, a little dated but clean and everything was clean, will definitely stay again

His staff was helpful and friendly answered my questions when I needed. I’ll be staying there again.
