Best place to visit. It was comfort and surrounding by different restaurants. I loved the evening lights.

Great Hotel, I love the accessibility of having everything near by it has a nice park Epic Central with a lot of things to do, It is a busy hotel but the room were quiet, it was worth it. Friendly staff and overall great vibes, especially of u wanna have a fun weekend. If you want a more Family/kids friendly I would pass but for Single, Friends and couples its great

They didn't provide maid service. Was told it's every-other day, but none was provided. NONE. Called front desk at 4pm because I ran out of dry towels. There was a party at the hotel bar. Loud music with thumping base. Didn't stop until 12am. 2nd flr room. I was exhausted. 102F outside. NW facing room. AC couldn't keep up. Room was warm in the afternoon. 4 strikes... Will never stay here again.

overall a good stay - really good location near food / shops / stadium, bed was comfortable and the room was clean and a good size, most of the staff were kind the water pressure of the shower isn’t the best, it’s easy to hear a lot of the noise from neighboring rooms/halls, the parking aspect is really not the most convenient for guests if you are driving/renting a car. personally i’d prefer the $20 flat rate for valet was already included for guests in the room rate or waived - it feels as if guests are punished for not being able to race other people for the closer/free parking spots when they are only there temporarily (ie. restaurant patrons). the short bald guy working valet is on a power trip and was consistently rude and off-putting.

I have been calling many time after I was told they would refund my one day stay due to dead roaches in the breakfast food, hair in my beds (from past people staying). Everytime I call or an agent with Expedia call the lady say the manager is busy. At this point it has been from Friday the 7th now Monday the 10th and no response when I called twice today, no email back, no call back, as well as no refund. If you’re looking for a hotel please put your money somewhere else like I did for the remainder days of my family vacation.

Perfect for a family vacation or family reunion

There was no parking onsite available they allowed restaurant patrons and others park while they had no parking for hotel guest and you had to pay for valet to park at your hotel when it stated free parking. Very misleading.

The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was a slight humidity smell in the room, although it wasn’t strong. Parking was often full, which could be inconvenient at times. Other than that, the hotel is in a nice area with several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay.

We were not able to stay at this hotel. We had a reservation that was paid for and the hotel had computer issues and couldn’t check us in. We left following an assurance we would get our money back. Unfortunately, this was on our 50th wedding anniversary.

I liked the openness and cleanliness of the property. I didn’t like how early the pool closes
