The location was perfect!

The room was great and had a great view. I reported a water pressure issue and the issue was handled promptly. We had a minor issue with an overzealous valet attendant. The hotel parking lot was valet only this past Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I had been staying at the property since Thursday. The attendant's co-worker stepped right in to save what would have been a tense discussion. My wife and I were celebrating our 27 year wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property.

The most unique thing about this property was the robot staff. You could order a room service or a towel or extra shampoo or something, and a robot would bring it to your door. That was the first time I had seen that at a hotel. Otherwise, very clean hotel and rooms. Didn’t have a chance to use the amenities, but enjoyed the area surrounding the hotel a lot. Nice walk from the hotel property down to restaurants on the pond. Easy walk, safe environment. Even with a large World Cup watch party nearby, the hotel was quiet.

Loved, loved, loved this place. I will come back again and again. Staff was great and friendly. There was lot going on well we stayed like prom, so it was super busy and took time getting a spot to park but the beauty of this place made the looking for a parking spot not bad.

Great location with plenty of options....VERY helpful staff to help find and return my daughter's blanket after we checked out!

One of the nicer Garden Inns. Surrounded by several restaurants, and a nice walking trail. Our room was spacious, tidy and pet friendly!

Room was Spotless, staff was professional, place was organized!

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Ahrya was the one who checked me in and asked how to pronounce my last name so she could address me by that. The room was spacious. The hotel was located right by a shopping/dining area. I had lots of options to dine within 2 minutes of walking distance. Shopping centers were within 2 minutes of driving distance.

What a wonderful hotel! I attended my cousins wedding this trip and had a phenomenal stay ! Alexander at the front desk will greet you daily with a smile and assist with everything. Every interaction that I witnessed with a guest was personable and polite and with a smile . The night shift handled a situation on Saturday night when the fire alarm was set off with precision and they were very organized .All was well and they even assisted a woman back to her room on a luggage cart because her ankle was injured before she arrived to the hotel . What finesse!!! There was a Hugh wedding lasting for days and EVERY GUEST HAD THEIR NEEDS MET AT THE FRONT DESK ALLLLL DAY AND ALLLL NIGHT ! I have stayed at several Hilton’s and I must say this was the absolute best Hilton ! 10/10 ! And you can’t forget David and Steven out front for the parking attendants! Greeted guest with a smile and helped all day and night without a hiccup ! They kept the traffic moving and greeted me out of several Ubers throughout the weekend ! I feel they all need a special lunch and shown a lot of appreciation for their expertise in Hospitality Management! I will be visiting my family again soon and yes this will be my place of residence whenever I come to Texas ! Thank you all for taking care of me this weekend ! Many thanks Mrs. S. Beckett
