Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were friendly. Room is clean and hotel well maintained. Breakfast is free and so is parking.

Beautiful comfortable clean hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was centrally located so nothing was to far. The parking could be better as it was limited. The valet service was extremely. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again.

My family and I went 4th of July weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay. The amenities where exceptional. My kids enjoyed the pool and complementary breakfast. The conveincey of restaurants and entertainment for the whole family was within walking distance. We will give our stay 10 stars My only complaint would be the television channel line up. I had to log into my own account to access television

The room was very comfortable. I wish my home was the same way. Very quiet and the blackout curtains always are a plus. The front desk was very friendly and even joked around with me a bit between being professional. I always appreciate when workers are human with me. The bar was nice but a bit limited which was ok. They had an alternative which I normally ask for anyway. The food was very good. Larger portions than I was thinking I'd get. I didn't have breakfast because I didn't want to get out of bed. It was incredibly comfortable and slept extremely well. There's three places you can park and I chose the underground parking area. It was very well lit and easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't like was I had zero phone phone service while there (AT&T), but once I left, everything was fine. I'd definitely stay again when I return to the area.

The front desk personel made check in easy, the house keeping staff, were very attentive and respectful of our needs, the valet parking attendant were awesome, greeted us with kindness every time we requested our vehicle and greeted us warmly when we got back from our outings.

Suite was huge with an amazing view. Very clean and enough room for 6 comfortably. Will definitely stay again next time in the area. The water show at EpicCentral made the stay even sweeter.

Great property Nothing

Our stay was really good. The breakfast was good. It was challenging to find a parking spot.

Clean, great location, room is nicely equipped for a comfortable stay. Shared free parking with all the restaurants in the area. If you are lucky to get free parking then great. If not— well guess what? You have no other option except to pay for valet parking at $20/day.

We arrived really early at the property and they let us check in. The property was sold out from the night before so they went over and beyond to find me a room so I wouldn’t have to wait.
