I didn’t like that I was put in a handicap room, was too tired to move, my husband got bit up in the bed don’t know what it was

The employees were very nice and helpful, kept the room clean from the day we arrived.

The elevator stopped working on the second day of arrival, we all had to use the fire stairs to go up and down our room. The safe in the room was not working, reported twice to the reception but nothing was done. Bad hotel!!!

Elevator went out of service and we were on the 4th floor. Staff was friendly, but extremely slow with noticing someone was at the desk waiting for them. Overall average experience.

We found a old tshirt and papers under the sofa/bed that we had to put in the trash. Other than that hotel was great.

The Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really goods and keep filled. The Hotel is walking distance to a movie theater and many restaurants.

The shower in the bathroom did not turn the shower all the way on and it had Lowe water pressure. The elevator made loud noises like you were going to at any minute.

Very clean and conveniently located to shopping and food. Breakfast was very good. Jetted tub was a nice addition. Bed was comfy, room was cold and they provide toiletries.
