The food in breakfast was old and disgustingly greasy. The quality of the packaged food was far below acceptable, and the area was not being serviced by the looks of the counters and floor. We were there during the week and it was not busy, so I would expect better. The young lady that checked us in was not very friendly, she rattled off the times and amenities like she had it memorized word for word. Not personal at all and never smiled once. Never said thank you or let us know if you have issues or questions. The clerk in the morning when we checked out at least greeted us pleasantly but neither could give any information about the local activities and offered no help to find some answers either. This was not what I expected from a Raddison hotel. We probably won't be staying at one of them again....

Cons: Bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned; ours had leftover hair left in them. Walls are thin enough to hear neighbors. EV charging theoretically available, but $10/night for L2 charging (when one of the chargers was completely non-functional) is too steep a price when most vehicles will pull a fraction of that price worth of electricity.

The coffee was awful.

Nice stay for the price, would definitely return .
-
Good location The top cover of the bed had an unsightly stain on It. The desk clerk brought a replacement cover. We also had issues with the toilet flushing properly, but was quickly resolved by the desk clerk.

The closeness to the city while being very alone at the hotel we thought we were the only guests for the most part had the pool all to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was top notch I thought it had a hot tub giving the pictures on the site when booking i went with them because they had both it wasnt until we received the confirmation letter that said the hot tub was no longer there. So very disappointed in that

The living area beside the room The bathroom had a sliding door

1-We had to get our card re programmed 4 times. 2- we didn’t know it was $15 per plate if we wanted to bring food up to the room. Pic is of what she wanted to charge $15 per plate. I ended up leaving it in the lobby. My friend was sleeping. we got to the hotel around midnight so I thought I would be nice sharing food when she got up. I have never been asked to keep the food downstairs that was strange to me. 3-it was convenient on and off the freeway We came for the mgk concert at the amphitheater. It was a $6 uber from social house, $22 direct. Overall it was a good experience.

The breakfast had very little seldction, and the sausage and eggs were not hot.
-
The property was clean and decent.
-
The beds were comfortable. The sheets were dirty, the shower was hit no matter where the knob was turned. The electrical socket was loose so the lights flashed if you moved on either of the beds. Breakfast was not good, also not any options.
-
The location is conveniently close to lots of stores and restaurants. The property is not clean, rooms need cleaning as well. We received one of our rooms with a clogged toilet which was disgusting. The hotel public bathrooms are also very dirty. Also the house keeping lady was very rude when we asked for fresh towels.
-
The bathroom was not clean specifically the shower. I didn’t use it. The room was basic and plain but we were only there to sleep after a concert b4 going home the next morn.
-
Nice room. Bed could have been updated with a pillow top mattress. Breakfast buffet had good eggs and sausage and good sausage gravy, but could have had some fresh fruit.
-
Location was great. Parking was adequate. Staff hardly spoke any English. After managing to check in we were sent to a room that was either currently occupied or not cleaned. This mistake was reversed but the entire facilty was filthy. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this facilty was among the worst. Dirty and staff hardly could communicate with me and other travelers. Pricing was outrageous for the level of stay we got. Very dissapointed. The bill came to 440.xx after taxes for two nights. Should have been no more than $145 for the quality of the hotel.

Was in a decent location The staff wasn’t great, breakfast was bad and whole hotel wasn’t clean.
-
The room was spacious. It was a good location and continental breakfast was pretty good. When I first arrived, there was no attendant with a note stating they stepped out. When she came walking from the back room, her face was mean and she was rude and not personable. The ceiling in our room looked horrible. The smell in the hallways seemed musty. The carpets were extremely filthy. The pool was closed.
-
The beds are comfy Loud noises, hear people walking upstairs. Shower didn’t work. Pool was closed
-
Friendly stagg We were initially given a room that had not been clean. None of the ice machines worked. Pool ran out of towels.
