Room was very clean and breakfast was good, but the hot tub was not very hot at all and the pool Chlorine level was very high .

Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep.

Ice machines were broken on both 2nd and 3rd floors.

When we got to the pool area the hot tub was cold. The front desk worker got right on trying to fix it. She was helpful and friendly

2nd time staying here, very clean and comfortable beds, pool and hot tub amenities were the highlight, we had a poolside room, very nice for kids! Lots of activities for them as well, card games and coloring stuff in lobby! Will be back

The bed was so hard we were both really sore in the morning. It's a shame because the hotel otherwise was lovely- clean, friendly staff, nice pool area. Breakfast was good as well. Just that bed had no softness to it at all.
