Comfort Suites Grandville - Grand Rapids SW

Front desk staff was amazing, the two ladies I had the pleasure of encountering were so kind and helpful. We actually really loved the pool and hot tub. Other reviews said the pool was too cold and small. We thought the temperature was great for the pool and hot tub. We had the entire pool room to ourselves. Breakfast was also good, a variety of choices- I was a little worried as I am gluten free but there was eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt and a bunch of different drink options. The only negative encounter we had was with housekeeping in the morning. We got late checkout which she wasnt aware of I guess. She knocked on one door (we had 2 connecting rooms) she said checkout was at 11 (she was speaking in both rapid spanish and english at the same time so it was a bit hard to understand her) I told her we have late checkout, will be leaving at noon. Before I could say we had both rooms she stalked off toward the lobby. She came back, knocked on the other door I answered again, as soon as she saw me she shook her head and walked away. A bit rude.. but like I said she was the only rude person we encountered. I would stay there again. Wifi worker great, shower was hot and pressure was amazing.

Great hotel comfortable beds good parking next to Walmart and gas stations and restaurants in walking distance.

Very poor customer service Property is ok

Very nice stay clean rooms good breakfast very good would 100% recommend to someone.

Nice and clean, poola d hot tub not overpowering g with chlorine. Hot tub could have been hotter.

Superb

The staff was very friendly.

Very good

Room was very clean and spacious. Hot tub felt amazing. Location was perfect. Many things nearby. One of the most comfy hotel beds we’ve ever slept on. This will be my go to hotel any time I’m in the Grand Rapids area.

The stay was ok. The hotel is a bit dated and our room had paint pealing. Floors in lobby and elevator were sticky and carpets a bit grungy. It is located in the same parking lot as a Wal-Mart so that is handy, but adds extra traffic. They do have a pool and hot tub which were very much appreciated. Breakfast was good.

Good

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and maintained well. Good choices for breakfast.

The beds were not good at all. Our room could have used some updating.

Pool and Hot Tub was great! Rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was nice. Walmart right out back was a plus

Everything, particularly the sofa. Nothing

Spacious room, good breakfast, clean area ;-)

Breakfast was good. My room was clean, my friends room had smell. The hotel needs update, there is rust and is generaly outdated.

The fragrance in the room was clean and fresh.

Clean and comfortable Breakfast was a bit crowded

The room was clean and spacious.
