Room is very nice, utensils and kitchenware were a nice addition. TV is decent, doesn’t work the best; hard to connect own devices to it.

The rooms are pretty decent made me feel right at home

Everything about the stay was great. Perhaps the one area to improve is that when I made coffee in my room, the next day, I didn't get a new coffee packet so I wasn't able to make coffee in my room again. Other than that, it was wonderful.

The room had a great layout for our family of 4. I chose this hotel specifically because they typically have a gluten free option for breakfast and was very disappointed to find at this location they had zero options besides an apple or banana. So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead . The front desk rep stated she did the ordering and asked what room I was in and said she would try to get me something for the following day but never followed through. The pool chlorine levels were so extremely high we could only use the pool for a short period of time for one day. Even being in the room and not in the pool your eyes burned like crazy, I went to sit outside while my family swam. I did find just a few issues with cleaning in the room including dishes in the dishwasher, missed Cheerios on the floor, no body wash in the master bath and only partial rolls of toilet paper with no extras. The bed was pretty firm. The hallways are extremely long and maze like. Employees were friendly. The outside area was nice with several fire pits and patio with cover, table with seating and grill. Several restaurants within walking distance. If they made improvements including catering to the guests with dietary restrictions I would return. I however felt very segregated and bummed watching my family eat breakfast without me for 2 days as my backup plan I brought with me didn’t work out either.

The rooms are very nice staff are very friendly nice breakfast was busting busting the hot tube and pools was great my kids love the pool I most definitely would book room there

Everything was amazing! if you're looking for a hotel with basically a studio apartment then this place is for you, there's also plates, glasses, silverware, a dishwasher, which i wasn't sure what was i walking into when i went in my room, but that surprised me, i literally have zero complaints.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had several food options, and the staff was wonderful.

Clean, quiet, pool area very nice..pool was cold. Court yard was really nice... grill needs some tlc as all burners did not work. Breakfast was good, many options hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again. Not familiar with Grand Rapids, this was a nice, safe neighborhood with many restaurants and shopping opportunities. TY

VERY VERY VERY CLEAN HOTEL! Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great staff and great location. Only issue we had and it’s not even an issue but the carpet was pulling and frayed in the room where it met the tile but really a nuance kind of thing. Will absolutely stay there again!

Everything here i give 5 stars. Its my new favorite hotel in grand Rapids hands down@@

I travelled with other friends and they mentioned to the staff as well as the manager that they room was not cleaned when the arrived and they had to clean it themselves.I had a issue also with my door key not working we both felt that customer care was lacking.

Would stay here again and again! Clean spacious room and loved the hot tub!

Spacious rooms with kitchen were perfect for our family.

This hotel is very clean and spacious. We love the game room and outdoor area. Breakfast is amazing and so was our room.
