Hampton Inn & Suites Grandville Grand Rapids South

Well, I tell you it was such a nice relief to have such a clean, large, beautiful clean room. We came from up north and Mackinac city and Mackinac Island and the prices were out of sight and the amenities and the rooms did not come anywhere near what you provided for us. I was so impressed with your shower your bathroom, the large room and everything else chairs and table tops, it was perfect for us. We couldn’t get over how nice this room was. We certainly did enjoy your stay and we will certainly check you out in the future as we travel.

Breakfast poor, scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, not anything you can't get at any low priced motel, expect more from a HILTON property. What happened to the pancakes or french toast, or would it be a stretch for sausage or bacon.

Was very large only stayed 1 night but would have liked to have stayed several More .

Coffee insert not compatible with the coffee maker. Toilet seat installed incorrectly. No Detroit Tigers station on TV. No freezer for blue ice in mini fridge. Inedible sausage. Some sort of imitation cardboard for breakfast. Oranges were tasteless. Must have been picked green.

Breakfast was good. Very fresh and clean There wasn't enough towels in our room for the next day and the front desk said there wouldn't be any ready till later. So my husband and I had to share a towel in the morning. Also no pool towels for the kids after they got out of the pool.

Only complaint was the refrigerator was very loud all night. Otherwise, well kept and clean.

Room 422 there was a rumbling sound coming through the wall. It actually vibrated the bed because the head board is directly attached to the wall. Most likely the from the giant washers and dryers that they use as the laundry room was directly below ours on the first floor.

The negatives are only one elevator worked. The pool floor was very slippery. There was no parking spaces to park my car.
