Room was clean but needed some repairs

If you’re looking for a basic overnight accommodation at a good price, this is an option. It’s what drew my wife and I to choose this hotel while in town for a wedding. The room was clean. The hotel in general shows signs of age, but that was not a concern. The entryway had a strong smell of cleaning or disinfectant, but not the room. It was a quiet night.

Delightfully surprised at the property cleanliness and condition. Already booked my next stay for Parent's Weekend at GVSU.

The room and interior of the building is clean. Staff is attentive. Parking is comfortable. I wrote a note to the room attendant that the little freezer needed to be defrosted. It was thick with frost, Room 111. The exterior trim of the building needs some paint and the front doors could use a scrub and/or paint. The price is right and the pool is nice. I have been here before and will come back.

We used this hotel as a place to sleep. Staff was nice, but we had no real need for them. Cleanliness was fine. The bed was great.

It was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area. It was clean, staff was friendly, met my needs. Breakfast was not served, but for the price, I can get breakfast at a restaurant, which are close by.

The room was clean. The jacuzzi tub in our room was very nice. There was no breakfast available, but there are plenty of affordable options nearby. We tried to use the pool, but found it to be quite cold.

Good price and nice condition.

The room was immaculate, The staff was pleasant and helpful! My only issue was the pool we didn't swim due to it needing cleaning. The pool was visibly dirty.

Fantastic stay - we've bookmarked it so that we can stay here again in the future. Clean, well-maintained, good amenities, great value, kind and polite staff, and comfortable overall.

This is our second time staying here while working the major music festivals that happen in the area. I have my crew stay here and they have been super accommodating with us and super helpful during our stays!

Staff was not friendly at all. As far as amenities, there wasn’t any that was impressive at all. Twice I went down to the lobby for coffee and it wasn’t made. Nice area outside but absolutely nowhere for a person to sit out there to enjoy the beautiful day. we won’t be back.

Quite, clean, and comfortable. The price was right too. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Needs much deeper maintenance. Room 7/10 on clean. Old caulk, hair on top of shower stall. Outside molding falling off, needs repair and painting. Not a bad price compared to other ridiculously expensive hotels
