Best Western Grants Pass Inn

This hotel and it's staff were amazing, it was very refreshing to get such great customer service especially from a younger generation 😁 the location is great just off of I-5 with many restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the pool, the only downside is the pool sits on a busy street with a lot of road noise. But overall an excellent experience!

Overall it was a good stay. Not quite the the best western I was expecting but it was ok.

While the key was there, we were startled awake at 6 AM by someone trying to enter our room. We arose, told them the room was occupied, only to be shocked when someone used a key to open the door and tried to push open the bolt. We again stated that the room was occupied and were told that it wasn’t supposed to be. This was scary, unnecessary, and completed defeated the purpose of us getting a room to crash in for a few hours of sleep before we drove home across a dangerous mountain road.

Very good complimentary breakfast. Virtually the same offerings that we had to pay $22 for in Seattle

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I really appreciate all the little extras. The only thing I didn’t care for was the neighborhood but that’s not your fault.

Genuinely the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. They also have an excellent breakfast.

I left the hotel due to the power going down and they were unable to get the Internet to work. The power went out right after they took my transaction for the hotel. I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed

Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. The included breakfast provided a broad range of choices, and the ladies in the morning were quick to re-stock anything that ran out. It was not luxurious, but very good value for an overnight stay on our drive north.

Breakfast was well organized and had everything I expected.

After a very long day traveling we were greeted by Gianna. A very kind and knowledgeable young lady. She gave us dinner suggestions and was very helpful during our stay. A nice comfortable bed and a hot shower awaited us. Check out after a delicious breakfast was a breeze. And the coffee was on point to start another travel day. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Grant's Pass Best Western

The check in staff was very friendly even though we were the last room to check in. We also received an email letting us know when we could check in due to it being a very busy weekend. I need firmer pillows than we're available. I understand that this is a person by person comfort issue and only include it as the reason I gave a 9 rating.
