The front desk clerk was helpful. Soundproofing was HORRIBLE! We could hear everything above and and on both sides. There were guests outside of our room that were loud, smoking and obnoxious with their language. We could not go to sleep until after midnight.

This hotel and it's staff were amazing, it was very refreshing to get such great customer service especially from a younger generation 😁 the location is great just off of I-5 with many restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the pool, the only downside is the pool sits on a busy street with a lot of road noise. But overall an excellent experience!

Very good

It was old, smelly and the area was super sketchy. I wasn’t comfortable at all and couldn’t sleep all night.Lets not talk about the price per room under those conditions. Room, bed, amenities .

Great place. Food was particularly good for this type of place.

Very nice pool

Excellent and helpful staff.

The price was right and the pool was very nice. The rooms are quite dated, I could tell what movie the neighbors were watching at 130am in the morning and it wasn't even a good one. The folks above us were practicing for some sort of polka competition, they practiced long and hard and I hope they won.

Disappointing

Great!

While the key was there, we were startled awake at 6 AM by someone trying to enter our room. We arose, told them the room was occupied, only to be shocked when someone used a key to open the door and tried to push open the bolt. We again stated that the room was occupied and were told that it wasn’t supposed to be. This was scary, unnecessary, and completed defeated the purpose of us getting a room to crash in for a few hours of sleep before we drove home across a dangerous mountain road.

Very good complimentary breakfast. Virtually the same offerings that we had to pay $22 for in Seattle

Booking.com charges way to much and no military discounts.

It was in a convenient location There was what seems like dog hair all over the bed and floor. Crumbs on the chairs. Pictures are deceiving and outside looked like it would have been a lot nicer than the rooms actually were. Not ideal when you are passing through for the night for a few short hours and need to worry about cleanliness. I let the front desk know and she said she would have the manager call me which they never did.

Its average not like Super good Staff arrangements about 2 rooms i booked.they didn’t make it adjacent..after lot of discussion and disappointments they didn’t. But they are not polite at all esp that lady at desk..
