The staff was incredible. The front desk people were helpful and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the lady who does breakfast with the long, beautiful white hair. The bed was a little hard for my taste. However, that's more of a personal preference. It was a little hard to find the entrance with the one way street and having to enter in the back.

Amazing staff! So nice and friendly. That alone goes a long way with us! The building is old so the built up stains in the shower and stains on the carpet are to be expected. The room was super spacious and had a view of the river & pool and a balcony with chairs. We are very happy with our stay and definitely recommend. We'll be back!

It was clean. Great location by the river. The pool was great! We had to stay on the second floor.

Staff was very friendly as always, check in time is at 4:00pm but my husband and I were able to check in earlier and got a pretty good rest to keep going on our road trip back home ☺️

The cottage was perfect. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location and facilities were well maintained. Evening cookies and milk was appreciated. Breakfast was very good and many options were available. View of river was nice. Convenient access to other areas of Grants Pass.

Very nice place! We had a small secluded separate cottage which was perfect for us. Breakfast was good and the afternoon wine and snacks are a tremendous perk. There is a small spot with river access for a short reflective walk, but not quite a fishing spot. We enjoyed very much.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We slept well in a quiet room with a great bed. Breakfast was good with many options. The room has a coffee maker and fridge, with glass and ceramic drinking vessels. We will be back!

The breakfast is not so great, BUT I’m not a breakfast lover so you may enjoy it more.

Best of all the hotels we have stayed in so far on Oregon coast. Simply outstanding stay first class staff and property. Cartwright restaurant was excellent. 10/10.

The setting of the hotel could not be better with every room having a view of the Rogue River. The rooms were very comfortable and getting breakfast each day was special. I was there 5 days & the breakfast was different each day. Also getting freshly baked cookies each afternoon & then wine!! This is really a special place & the staff were all so nice & helpful.
