Super 8 by Wyndham Grayson

Clean room. Warning no elevator onky stairs to 2nd floor had to change my booking. Safe place to park. Cameras all around outside exterior looks new. My room was more cozy and quiet and the queen bed more comfy than the previous nights stay sleep inn princeton off in77 for half the price! Well worth the 60 bucks I paid they did however ask for my credit card to file for "incidentalcharges so we shall see

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and apologized for all the problems. The showerhead put out great water flow. To start with, they were renovating, didn't have my room ready and were very short staffed. It was obvious the floor wasn't vacuumed when I did get a room. No elevator either. The luggage holder was totally torn up so had to get a different one asap. Had to get the front desk person to come stock multiple items for the Continental breakfast EVERY day. I killed a cockroach in the breakfast area the first day too. Found another cockroach in the room after that, so went to DG and bought some spray and fumigated the room the first day. The toilet rocked so I tore up some cardboard and stuffed it under the front of the toilet to stop that. It had a new tub surround, but all the shelves were slanted so you couldn't use any of them! It's great to have hot water, but the shower kept getting hotter and hotter. Someone could get hurt as hot as it was. And the last thing, it stormed 1 night and the next morning my vehicle was in a 2-3 inch lake.

The two-bed rooms are mostly on the second floor - and most of the second floor is an active construction site. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in hadn't yet been renovated. It was old, run down, and needed renovation (especially the dirty, disgusting carpet) The breakfast buffet was terrible - they didn't even have catsup for the scrambled eggs. When I asked the breakfast attendant for some, he was visibly annoyed and told me they didn't have any. Terrible customer service. The security lock on the back door to the building was broken, and anyone could come and go as they pleased. Overall, a bad experience at an old, run down hotel.

On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our biggest negative is that this is a two floor hotel without an elevator. This made it very difficult to get in and out. There were no tissues in the bathroom and only one bar of soap. The room was spacious and comfortable but very dark. There were limited options at the breakfast buffet but the food tasted good. The hotel was clean and appeared to be in the midst of some remodeling.

This property is currently being renovated. My room was not to my standard of clean. The staff was very sweet and always asked if I needed anything. I was there 10 days. Would have like clean sheets at least once. They did bring clean towels. The breakfast was satisfactory. The sausage was usually overcooked. There is a washer and dryer on the property which was very convenient. Maybe after renovations it will be better.

Undergoing renovation has left the place dusty. Breakfast ok and staff friendly.

The staff was nice but not able to solve the problem. Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. When we asked if we could change rooms we were told they had no other rooms. They mentioned switching the curtains, but they had no spares, so they sprayed the curtains to try and mask the problem.

Nothing Had horrible staff tried to charge my card over $700

Staff was super sweet. Room was really clean, had everything you need and location was perfect and close to sports park and everything we needed. The beds were uncomfortable to me, but I like a little softer matress.

Nice place, clean, comfy beds

Very clean. The property is being renovated. Loud music in the room next door at 11 PM, but the staff took care of the issue.

The breakfast was very good - a variety to please everyone. They had a washer and dryer which we did not need, but could be very useful. Large size mini fridge. We did have to request additional towels because there was only 1 set in the room and we had booked for 2 people.

Only other room was second floor and im handicapped, why i had to stick with the one i got! So no elevator, they were remodeling, but I’ll leave that alone! Breakfast was looking promising, but the hot food was ice cold biscuits and gravy!
