Cold breakfast

There was no toilet paper or shampoo in the room when we walked in the room smelled so bad, tv did not work or the phone to call the desk so I walked and let them know and was not given any refund or even a discount on my stay, the pool was also dirty you could see dirt and scum around the pool. I was offered no response or anything and I asked twice never got a response

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking lot was clean and well lit, seemed safe. Arrived after 10:30 due to weather. Was followed up to room by another guest. They turned around after I was at room. Used furniture to bar door. Hot water ran for about 3 min before turning very cold.

Location was decent No hot water or water pressure. The floors near the outside wall were soaking wet and we never figured out why. There were dead bugs everywhere. We picked up a TON of trash in our room upon arrival, before we even unpacked. We could never find anyone at the front desk. Honestly, nothing was good about it.

Nothing this time I stayed there every time I go to Grayson but this time it was a disaster The pool area had 25/3o boys in there jumping in no regards to the rest of the people. The parents are outside drinking beer instead supervising there kids. And you have a no pet policy but somebody had a poodle right in the pool area In the morning they run out of breakfast because the hotel was fully booked but they didn’t calculate there breakfast food for that many people On checkout time I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Good lower priced hotel!

The only thing that was decent was the breakfast. Everything. Mike is lamps, shower was clogged and would not drain. Had to get about 20 different key cards before one finally worked on our door. Price gouging for a local festival. Paid 700+ for two nights it wasn’t worth $100 a night.

Our sink was super cracked! Like not just a little crack but like 5 major splits in it. I was almost afraid to use it. And the water never ever got hot. It was warm but not hot. My husband likes hot showers. I’m ok with warm, but it was barely warm. Also checkout is supposed to be 11, but they deactivated our keys at 10:30. Might have been earlier but that was when we noticed it. We were carrying luggage to our car and got locked out. I’m thankful I only paid $44 for this room. We had $61 one key cash. If I would have paid over $100 for this stay I would have been super unhappy!

Our entire baseball team stayed here— rooms were dirty, sheets were stained, towels were nasty. Trim was missing off of the room, there were bugs everywhere, puke on trash cans. The side exterior door didn’t lock, bathtubs not draining, toilets clogging, pool area was not usable in the heat (fans or stronger ac would be beneficial). The staff was great, but the property needs updated and cleaned.

Very clean and breakfast was well done. Staff were friendly and competent. Would stay again.
