My only issue was the refrigerator was set to setting 1 and did not keep anything cold until the second day after raising it.

The property was well maintained and 24 hour access to water bottles, coffee, Yogurt and other snacks plus free breakfast was great with a voucher to Perkins Restaurant next door.

Nothing, to be honest. OVERPRICED dump. Do yourself a favor and stay at a real hotel. This Best Western is basically a 25 year-old Red Roof Inn with cosmetic lipstick. Photos are totally deceptive. Bathroom fan sounds like a 747 taking off. Bugs on floor. Deeply stained carpet. Weathered outlet covers. Daylight around poorly sealed doors. Sheets and pillows smell of strong detergent. Worth about $60 per night, not $127 +tax. If I hadn't pre-paid I would have left once I opened the room door.

After traveling for 2 wks and staying primarily at Best Westerns this was the worst. Hot tub jets had no jet. The bathroom had dead bugs and hair and the shower would not work. Table tops were sticky.

The property is a little dated, but it was a very nice stay for one night. The best surprise was that the included breakfast was provided by the Perkins next door. Their breakfast was wonderful!

There is a decent restaurant right next to this hotel across parking lot. That’s about only good thing I can say so I will stop there.

The room was not that good. Had dead roach in the bathroom, and live bugs in the bed area. The tv did not work and the desk person had to come down and fix it. Overall the stay was not the best.

Good value and located next to some excellent restaurants. There are not many places to stay in Great Bend. This is one of the better places

I have to go back-and-forth from Oklahoma to Great Benand this is where I stay never had a problem.

Hassle-free, clean room, but the pool water was salty, very salty-like the ocean, needed service..

Room was great. Had no issues with the staff. The only disappointment was the coffee machine was not working and they didn’t offer any other options.

The room was clean took my grandkids to the pool they love it. All in all great experience. I was upstairs but just because I’m old.
