This was a really nice property and location. I would stay here again.

bed was comfy. lots of desk space. nice cool rooms. the showers are amazing. there were a ton of ants in our room!!! the hotel staff didn't care. GROSS!!!! we found ants in our belongings the whole way home. we are NOT dirty. we had NO crumbs in our room. there was a giant beetle thing too in there. we will never stay at that location again. we are so grossed out!!!! all they said was "yeah, it can get like that with the heat and rain." really? that's your excuse? Inexcusable!!! other complaints: we called for adjoining rooms when we booked. on our way down we wanted to make sure we got adjoining rooms. we did NOT get adjoining rooms. the hotel was EMPTY!!!!! the breakfast time is odd: 7-10am. should be 6-9am like all other hotels. pool deck is very dangerous and slippery. my toddler slipped and his is head the ONE time I wasn't holding his hand. the couch bedding was fit for a twin bed, not a queen. so the fitted sheet didn't fit; that was annoying. no water bottle filling station. There was only ONE water fountain on the first floor. we were on the 4th. the hallways were not air conditioned. felt like being hit in the face with a wet towel when you walked out of your room. All in all, there were more cons than pros. disappointing to say the least. there was one extremely nice lady working the time we were there. otherwise, the staff was more concerned about their phones.

The air conditioning did not seem to keep up. Hallways and elevators were hot. The unit in the room had trouble keeping up and it did not seem to get cold enough.
-
Limited parking at times.

Clean rooms and facility. Good food. Recommend for that area for sure.
-
Very clean, quick check in, comfortable bed and pillow, loved the blackout shades.

No play point

First thing you notice when you walk in to check, in and if you wake up early enough when you walk out the door is how incredibly clean the property is. Room was exactly what we need as a family of 3 with a toddler on a roadtrip. Pool was excellent, and the breakfast was great for what you get. On the road trip we’ve stayed at what most would say are two other “upscale” hotels, this property blew those away on cleanliness alone!

Sounds at night were too loud could hear other residents
-
The hotel was clean and our room was very large compared to other hotels

Everything was great, I'd stay there again!

The breakfast buffet, for $15, was decent, but not a good value. The lady that ran the buffet was so sweet and kind, and very helpful.

Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away .

Traveling for vacation with my wife and kids. Reserves the two queen suite for the extra room. Big perk was going to be getting the kids to burn some energy in the pool. Arrived to check in. Clerk didn’t bother getting out of his chair. No mention of any issues and handed me keys. Found the room to be a two queen standard room instead of suite. Receptionist said the suite hadn’t been cleaned so the switched me to a lower room without adjusting the price. Found hair in the sink. Pool was closed for renovations. Almost left for another hotel so the kids could swim but tried to make the best of it. Damn near threw up when I noticed the fat old shirtless guy trying to show off in the hotel gym. Then had to dodge spiders at breakfast. Avoid at all costs!!!

Didn't like that the ice machines didn't work due to ongoing construction within the building.
-
The comfort was great as was the people behind the desk. The breakfast and coffee was the best I have had at a hotel. No ice on the first floor
-
It was clean, the room smelled good. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm, the bed was stiff and uncomfortable.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! From the front desk, room attendants and everyone in between, I was so impressed with it all! The room was so spacious that it was almost like being in a small apartment. My room had coffee maker, microwave and a mini fridge. The bed was like being on a cloud. The window view was quite large and the roll up blinds was a difference touch. The furniture was very moden in new like condition. They had a rolling desk and a very modern touch desk lamp. The bathroom had hand soap/lotion dispenser at the sink area. The shower had body wash/conditioner too. It was an overall wonderful experience!
