great location, lots of parking, staff was very friendly

There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night.

Beds were not as comfortable as I hoped they would be, staff was very kind.

Not happy that they are using photos that make it look new. It is NOT.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Toilet was loose, but functional. Pool was freezing. Staff was great! Room was clean and quiet environment !

This property is in need of a deep refresh. Rooms are small, worn and simple things like the A/C unit were difficult to manage. Overall this would be a place to stay on an extreme budget, not looking for a great spot to stay!

Nothing to bad. But tight rooms with to much furniture. And the toilet in our room was loose and moved around when sat on

I booked a stay here paid for it online then when we got to the hotel since I didn’t have my physical card they turned us away and said if we don’t have the card we can’t stay and we don’t get the money but I had my card online my virtual card which is the same as my physical card but still turned us away. Just got into town late and had to place other to stay

The location and the price. The size of the bed and that it was comfortable. The a/c was relatively quiet. There was an indoor pool. They serve a small breakfast. There is a Starbucks less than a minute walk from the hotel. The booking description had a room with a fridge and it wasn't there when I checked in. When I asked about that, the hotel did provide one the next day. It was a small room, but that didn't bother me, as I was traveling alone and spending more time out of the room than in it. The water pressure in the shower was weak and there were a few times that the water temperature would fluctuate between very hot and very cool. There was an exit door right next to my room and it was not dampened, so as people would enter or exit, the door slamming was quite loud and it would wake me in the very early hours of the morning.

Old dated room with little room accommodations for personal space. Room didn’t have numbers on the door and door lock was loose. It was like a last minute place to add another room- by the entrance door to a outside hallway that banged every time someone used it.

Bed was comfortable No light in bathroom

Room was clean. Heater&A/C worked well. Night lite near bathroom was very helpful. Bed was comfy but pillows were so-so. Room was rather small. All towels were in the toilet room but the sink was outside that room and there was no towel rack by the sink, so had to go into other room and reach above toilet to get a towel to dry hands/face. Chair at the room's desk could go up or down but it did not go very high and the desk counter was very high so it was hard to type on laptop. Breakfast was so-so; a few things were good but the eggs were very bad (don't know what they were made of). Staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants or shopping places nearby. If you cannot handle stairs, be sure to request a ground floor room; there is no elevator.

Friendly staff and clean bed. Small bathroom area and drain was not working properly.
