The room was extremely dirty and the whole property had a horrible smell.

The building shows it age but over all it was a wonderful place. The room was huge, I did have to ask for pillowcases and hand towels/washcloths. I never did get the towels, but not a deal breaker. The front desk staff were fantastic and made you feel welcome. I will stay there again.

Recently updated rooms but paper thin walls; I could hear everything; check in staff not helpful to tell me where to park or how to get in; no signs in garage plus roads were blocked two days I stayed and no one bothered to give heads up on how to get in or out; had to clean hair out of bath tub. Can’t expect too much for price but basic etiquette would have been nice.

When we got to the room it was nice and appeared clean with the exception of long black hairs on the clean towels. The face cloths and hand towels were pretty worn and thin - there was only one hand towel. I think that they must have recently done renovations because we had to plug in all the lamps and coffee maker and the night stands, fridge, etc.. There was no "do not disturb" sign for the door and because we were staying two nights we didn't want the room cleaned the second day so we didn't have to worry about securing our stuff - we had to put a hand written note on the door to ensure they didn't come for service. The blankets on the king sized bed were very thin and a little small for the bed so it was a little chilly at times during the night. The a/c was really loud as well. The location is good, thing appear to be clean on the premises although we didn't go down for the free breakfast.

Parking is limited for big vehicles with cargo carriers on roof racks.

Location was close to some nice restaurants. Underground parking was great. Beds were great, room was clean It was raining out and water had collected inside on the floor by the window. I heard other guests talk about the same problem
-
The mattress was brown from what I don't know. Everything else was great.

We kept our shoes on while walking in the room and chose not to use the shower, overall not clean. The location is next to a train and it could be heard blowing the horn several times during the night. There was not a lot of sound proofing and since we were by the elevator we heard everyone all night and early into the morning. There were posted notices that no reservations would be taken for residence of the town or surrounding areas. Which felt like an effort to cut down on crimes occurring at the hotel.

Nothing No coffee in the entire hotel as coffee machine broke, the breakfast was cold and soggy, the juice machine was broken, not enough towels for room, pool dirty, shower had hair in it.
-
As for the hotel, it was a four out five.

Location is excellent, room was great, staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean comfortable bed and nice room Breakfast was poor due to missing items. No coffee, limited cutlery ie no forks, no ketchup, no bran flakes, no cream cheese. We asked twice for additional bedding which never arrived.
-
I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not.

There were no towels in our room!!!!!!!
-
Good location The shower pressure was nonexistent.

We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable.

The bed was super comfy and the room nice and dark. The breakfast was amazing. Pancakes , sausage, bagels ect. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It was horrible the kid at the front desk was not helpful at all was not answer the phone would not have any answers when I go down to front desk my room was flooding due to a window leak on the 4th floor they wouldn't give me a new room or a refund because I got it from an online traveling site so they said they couldn't help me and that I paid in that I'd have to contact the the company so I was very unhappy and unsatisfied food was good though for breakfast
