Great Location, friendly and welcoming staff. The pool was an added bonus. The breakfast is limited.

Never go to this hotel very disappointed

I could sleep for a few hours a day 1. Even with the paid wifi I didn't have wifi access for 2 of the 3 days 2. I was on the 4th floor without an elevator for a day. 3. The curtains did reach the bottom of the windows so by afternoon it was too bright to sleep. 4. More options for breakfast

The paint in my tub was chipping, the drain plug did not work, no trash was emptied from our rooms the entire 3 days we stayed there, no clean towels or beds made up. The trash bins in the parking lot were overflowing with trash.

We stay here every couple of months when we are in Montana shopping and it is always a nice stay. Rooms are nice. Everything works well. The young night staff man was very pleasant and helpful. There is construction work going on with the street resurfacing but the underground parking makes it a non issue. Shawn from Alberta.

Good breakfast, modern room. Not a fan of the underground parking. Front desk staff was rude at check-in but other staff were helpful. Confusing as sign still says this is a super 8.

No cleaning services for the 3 nights we were there. No trash removed from the rooms, no clean towels, beds were not made, trash bins in the parkade were overflowing, the bathtub did not have a plug and the paint was chipping and no tissues in the room.

Nice to have garage parking! Room was nice and liked having a mini frig.

Liked being in the city center and being able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and see the historic downtown, etc. An older building, but clean and the staff were helpful.

Staff was helpful and friendly but our room didn’t seem very clean. There was broccoli on the floor, the body wash was used and almost empty. There was a dirty footprint on the bathroom door. The breakfast was gross and made two of us sick.

The lamps beside the bed didn't work which included the alarm clock so there was no power whatsoever on that wall so we couldn't charge our phones there either. The floors were dirty and only one tiny trash can. Needed to do laundry and the sign said to get laundry products at front desk and they didnt have any. No coin machine to get quarters for the laundry units either. A lot of really sketchy people were there too.
