The staff was amazing. However, with that being said, we had booked 4 rooms for our group. There were no washcloths in most of the rooms and even when we asked, they said they didn't have any. There was feces on one of the shower curtains. The floors were unswept. There were no comforters on the beds just a blanket and sheet. We would not stay here again.

The staff was very nice. We cut our stay short because the pool was not available, half the reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast is underwhelming but it’s nice to have something available. Easy parking.

Booked room while sitting in the parking lot, went to check in and was told pool was not open yet open for the season. Didn’t say that on the webpage, so I asked to cancel. Was told I need to give 24hrs notice. How can I do that when I just booked it 3 min ago…terrible customer service terrible webpage. Go somewhere in person and book the fine print in all these sites are awful.

Bathroom in the room was a little dirty but nothing major

Terrible service, rude staff, no clean towels did not change linen even when asked multiple times. Unfortunately no one takes responsibility or apologize about the disservice

Property seemed reasonable priced so I selected it for my work crew. Upon trying to check in at 5:30 pm, 2 of 3 rooms were not ready. I was distraught and called the front desk and was told that due to a language barrier with the cleaning staff, the rooms were not yet cleaned AND he was not sure what time my employees could check in. I told him that was unacceptable and asked for management. He said management had left for the day. Truly disappointing that management does not feel commitment to making sure things are on track before they leave. To top it off, the pool was in no condition to swim in and one of my employees had to change rooms after he found mouse droppings. This is a do not recommend in my experience.

Good- underground parking, comfortable bed, quiet. Not as good- breakfast, an older property showing its age.

The bedding was not changed. It had food and hair in between the sheets. No wash cloths in either room. No shower curtain in one of the rooms. Hair in the tub and on the floors in both bathrooms. The light by the bed was like a strobe light when turned on. The windows had hand and mouth prints on it in both rooms. Looked like someone made out with the windows. The door wouldn’t latch on its own. Had to force it shut and deadbolt it to feel safe. The pool was shut down waiting for a new city permit. Wouldn’t have used it anyway because it was green with algae. But people were in the pool until 4 am and lighting fireworks off by the windows. People were running down the halls and yelling throughout the night. Would not recommend. They didn’t try to make anything right. The staff did not care.

Beds were good. Fridge had no freezer. Breakfast was good one morning and kept clean and stocked but the next morning when a different employee was there everything was running out and left empty for a while. No forks for a long time for example. Parking underground was nice. Elevator stopped working at one point and was very slow and small but otherwise was fine. The AC was not always working.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable but the shower was missing a shower curtain. Managed a quick shower without to much water spray.

Updated and clean. Staff was super friendly.

The continental breakfast was good and showed was hot with good pressure

The bed was clean but the bathroom was not clean. I did not have breakfast so I can not comment on that. Parking was in the basement or on the street area. I think for a cheap hotel it is ok but I would not stay there again.
